Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, super Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Betten und sauberes Zimmer, wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt, die Lage ist ideal. Parken in der Garage war für uns wichtig.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, aber eher klein. Schade war, dass meine Buchung nicht Vorhanden war, die ich über Expedia vorgenommen hatte! Um 22:30h konnte ich kein Essen mehr bestellen. Das Frühstück ist keine Sensation, passt aber.

Cooles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das einzige Manko, ist die sehr laute Musik beim Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Wohnen im Musikmuseum mit Mankos
Das Hotel ist neu und da gibt es einige Dinge die stören: Warmwassertemperatur ist zu niedrig und schwankend., in der Lobby wird ein sehr irritierendes Parfum ausgebracht das auf mich ekelig wirkt und für Allergiker sehr unangeheme Folgen hat, es gibt keine Wallbox für E- Autos (obwohl ich 2 Wochen vor der Buchung persönlich an der Rezeption bestätigt bekam, dass es eine Ladestation gibt. Nach der Buchung erhielt ich ein Schreiben, welches Gegenteiliges aussagte), mein Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nicht gereinigt, inder Dusche befanden sich noch Haare des Vorgängers, die Klimaanlageist nicht regulierbar,blies 2 Tage relativ stark mit einem leise flatternden Geräusch - am 3. Tag lief sie gar nicht, das fenster war nicht zu öffnen (versperrt).Frühstück war sehr gut, wennauch ein wenig teuer (20 EUR), Garage ist mit Auto Aufzug zu befahren und kostet rund 30 EUR die Nacht!!!Wenn der Aufzug nicht fährt, ist das Auto blockiert!! Eine Rechnung mit alles inklusive als PAckage kann jur ausgestellt werden, wenn man das bereits bei der Buchung so bestellt. Das ist besonders für Geschäftsreisende aus Österrich un D wichtig (Steuerthema wenn Firma Diäten zahlt). Die Zimmer sind netteingerichtet, etwas eng aber alles da was man braucht, der Fernseher hat einen guten sound und viele Musikvideos, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Alles in allem ist das Hotel durchaus für Urlauber geeignet, für Business nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Ich persönlich komme nicht mehr, da das Parfum unerträglich ist

I am happy that you found the rooms up to your liking and took time to highlight some of the features that makes a room welcoming and homely.Unfortunately not everything was pleasant. Our parking lot is a bit limited compared to the ones that surround us within the district yet it is convenient for anyone coming with a car. Upon deciding on the price, we settled on an amount that is similar to those that are close to us. As for the windows, they had to be closed shut. I also understand the value of having the option to open them, yet as a governmental regulation they cannot. Our recently built hotel are actually made like that, yet even other establishments were forced to shut their windows (even those with balconies) due to this, which is very unfortunate. Hopefully this can change in the future.The perfume is carefully selected and while many of our guests liked it (some even asked the brand), it might not be everyone's cup of tea. However I know that none is enjoyable it is being too strong - these sensations only need to gently enhance the overall good experience. We will definitely take a look into this and double-check the intensity of it. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Should you be back in Budapest, we would love to welcome you again in our hotel.Wishing you all the best!Richard

Beautiful hotel in great location! Interior is stylish, fancy but overall super comfy - it is the perfect mix! We stayed as a couple in a superior room with kingsize bed and enjoyed every minute. The bathroom is built very openly - so please be mindful of that if you don’t travel as a couple ;) The restaurant Sessions which belongs to the Hotel is recommendable: very stylish, cool drinks and yummy food (the Schnitzel was great!) Hotel staff overall: very friendly, very attentive! If you play guitar: make sure you choose a E-Guitar from the Guitar Menu and then they bring it to your room to play with :) We will definitely come back - it was perfect!

It’s to much hight tech u could not found any button to get light or hot water could not take a shower in the hotel as I could not find the hot water . I called twice to adjust the air conditioner they could not do it I had a terrible cold and could not risk so was not taking a cold shower

We really enjoyed our stay. Great area of the city, good for walking to most areas. Great breakfast. Attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. After initially being disappointed it was no longer the Hard Rock, we would stay with Pullman again. Our only critiques were the roof bar not being open on weekdays, and our room was really warm even with AC. However neither of these detracted from a wonderful holiday and we would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the staff were very helpful. The one negative was that the air-con didn’t work very well…so it got quite warm at night.

Beautiful property. The first two days the receptionists were helpful with questions I had about things I wanted to do. I think for the service overall, it was overpriced. The room was smaller than any hotel room I’ve ever had. When requesting for things it took way too long. I went on a tour, came back and still did not have the water I asked for. I had to go and ask a fourth time, which is unacceptable. They did provide a late check-out however they do not communicate with their staff because they called me for check-out and I had to tell them the previous night they gave me a late check-out due to a later flight. Overall, I think it’s a beautiful hotel but definitely overpriced. I paid for the name Hard Rock.

meh. a lot needs work, better options exist
We specifically booked this hotel because it offered a suite large enough for a family of 5-6. When we arrived we were told the suite wasn't available and that the only other option would be normal connecting rooms. This was a disappointment but as it was Xmas day, we had no other option. However, once we got the rooms, they were connected by a public hall which had a door which we were told would stay closed for the duration of our stay. The rooms were very normal, there was no bathtub and things like robes, the yoga mat etc was missing. However every night someone would come to the door which closed our rooms off from the rest of the public hall and open it entirely. I would often wake up to my kids rooms open wide to the public hallway. We stayed here multiple nights which every night this would happen. It was creepy and stressful to wake up to our kids room being open to the hallway. In addition, we tried both the restaurant and room service which I found to be barely 'airport hotel' quality food but at a 5 star hotel pricing. It was often brought to us cold and without any salt/pepper/ketchup etc. The wait staff mostly acted like they were annoyed to exist. The rooftop bar was never open while we were there, despite trying to go many times to it. When I used the workout room it was out of water and the fruit bowl was filled with rotten fruit. If this was a 3 star hotel it would be expect, but for 5 stars I expect more consistency and professionalism

Un bon deux étoiles !
Cet hôtel 5 étoiles en vaut seulement 2 voire 3 au max ! Chambres étroites pour la luxury room (j’imagine pas les autres …) très mal insonorisé! Service inexistant, et quand on croise du personnel, tous antipathiques (sauf le personnel de ménage hyper souriant)! Ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé (230€ par nuit après réduction) !
