Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel. Service war sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut und genug Auswahl. Personal an der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstück sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Preislich sehr hoch allerdings wird hier qualität geboten. check in fruhstuck zimmer hotel lobby innen wirklich top zimmer etwas hellhörig da keine Aussicht ins Freie man kan zimmer kippen allerdinhgs hört man sexgeräusche vom nebenzimmer oder man.hört lobby check in bereich...sauna fitness auch gut aber jacuzi war nicht im Betrieb das muss man erwähnen und instand setzen das war einer der gründe warum ich gebucht habe das war wirklich schade das jacuzi defekt war und wir keine Infi bekommen haben hierzu. Trotzdem vielen Dank vor allem an die Mitarbweiter beim Frühstück service lobenswert und sehr sehr nett!

Our Arrival was a little bit tricky as the road to the hotel was closed and to be honest I was quite stressed. However a very supportive front desk staff of the hotel and a very understandable police men helped us to find the perfect solution.

Wo die anderen super Bewertungen kommen kann ich nicht verstehen. Beim check-in empfing man uns sehr arrogant und wir bekamen Standard statt Deluxe Zi. Nach Beschwerde schob man das auf die Überbuchung und man versprach ein Zimmer, das zwei Stufen höher sei. Das war aber genau das gebuchte Deluxe Zi. Frühstück war Katastrophe. Jeden Tag die gleiche Brotsorte, kaum Aufschnitt, altes Müsli, Bedienung mit Anzügen arrogant und unprofessionell, die Unterstellten aber sehr freundlich.

I have checked your reservation history and relieved that a beautiful Executive room was provided to you right after your complaint and throughout your whole stay. Hope you loved it and enjoyed its convenience. Honestly, I was surprised and disappointed by your words shared about the breakfast offer and service of our partner restaurant. Please note, that Costes Downtown Restaurant, with its Michelin star, emphasizes rather quality than quantity. I am truly sorry that you did not find the selection as wide as imagined and that their service could not manage to live up to your expectations. Further on, let me tell you that a part of the breakfast offer could be chosen from the á la carte menu, which is also included in the price. Hope that you were aware of it and enjoyed the freshly prepared dishes. Anyway, I am going to pass your remarks to the Management of Costes Downtown Restaurant, as they also pay a lot attention to guest feedbacks. Last but not least, I am very happy to see that in general you appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff. Finally, let me tell you what I regret the most is that you did not indicate your great disappointment on the spot and we did not get a chance to manage your issue during your hotel visit. As our compensation for the inconveniences encountered, let me offer you a free Prestige Suite upgrade (which means that we would offer you the suite for the cost of the standard room), which you could enjoy on your next visit. Please, refer to this letter in case of a future booking process. We sincerely trust in your kind understanding and hope that we will have the opportunity to restore your faith in our lovely hotel! So geht Hotel!
Checkin war 1A. Sehr freundliches Team. Checkin schnell, einfach und hilfsbereit. Zimmer, Bad, sehr sauber und einwandfrei. WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig und dauerhaft. Die Aufzüge sind erstklassig. Keine langen Wartezeiten, ein so perfekt funktionierenden Aufzugsystem habe ich noch nie vorher erlebt. Frühstückbuffet immer frische und vollständige Auswahl. Zu jeder Zeit. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich. Service spitze. Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet und servciert. Dieses Hotel kann ich erxtrem empfehlen. Die Lage zum Shoppen, Sightseeing, Restaurents, unglaublich gut. Dies wird mein Stammhotel in Budapest. Achja, und der Shuttle Service vom/zum Flughafen auch sehr empfehlenswert. Fast gleicher Preis wie Taxi, aber viel besser.DANKE an das gesamte Team!!!

So haben wir uns ein „typisches“ modernes Hotel in Budapest vorgestellt. Tolles Ambiente, nettes Personal, grandiose Lage und geschlafen haben wir auch super. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, hat etwas gebrummt, aber in Sachen Lärmpegel sind wir nicht empfindlich. Der Abfluss der Dusche sollte regelmäßig durchgespült werden. Die Rohre riechen etwas. Merkt man aber nach 10 Minuten im Zimmer nicht mehr.

The rooms were beautiful. The front desk staff is fantastic. I wish they had readable name rags so i could mention them. But Ana in the breakfast room was friendly and managed the people and their seating needs wonderfully. The hotel is on a quiet street, and very walkable.

The hotel is gorgeous and at an excellent location. My room had high ceilings and was very spacious. The duvet on the queen bed was in two parts and there was no cover sheet. There is a wellness center in the hotel which was a pleasant surprise - it's has a spa and gym with bike, treadmill, elliptical and some free weights. Negative was the shower: the detachable shower head apparatus in the bathroom is on a short hose and the mount on the short wall makes for a tight fitting and water ends up overspraying onto the floor. Also the ceiling just above the tub comes down quite a bit (the tub is a bit elevated) so a tall person has to duck to actually fit.
