Sehr Zentrale Lage, Mitarbeiter alle nett und Hilfsbereit, leider war der Zimmerservice Reinigung Katastrophal.Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett gemacht. Schade sonst wäre es perfect.

We were queuing 2.5 hours for check in. There was only one person working at the reception for a hotel with 300 rooms fully booked during Easter holiday time. It seems that check-in is so complicated and took 10min for each room. Unbelievable and unforgettable experience. never this hotel again.

Aren't recurrent visits the best reference? This was my second stay sicne Nov21 and will stay again for my next business trip in May22. I first chose the hotel for the good reviews and the TOP LOCATION: if you need to take the train or a central connection to all public transport: the hotel is located 30 seconds walk to Keleti train station. the WELCOME and CHECk-IN was exceptionally fast and satisfactory. All documents were pre-filled with personal details. I am a particularly demanding customer sent the hotel a long list of wishes. They were all met. I was even accompanied to the room by management to ensure full satisfaction. The room itself i sspotless. I suppose the hotel to have been renovated recently. Modern style. Comfortable bed, with a view onto the train station building. Large ceiling to bottom windows. Large walk in shower. I was missing some body lotion, but thats a minor detail. Air condition can unfortunately only heat in winter, and refresh in summer: only way to refresh your room in winter is to open the window. Hence, if you need it completely quiete, prefer a courtyard view, keeping in mind that you will overlook the other rooms; I like to have the blinds open, hence took a front room. Great breakfast, quite rich and good quality. Staff will try to meet special requirements. I even got a custom made, rich early breakfast when I left at 630 am one morning. Underground parking available. I look forward at being back soon!

It was safe, and quiet at night. I felt safe. The staff was absolutely spectacular. Kattia got us settled in late after midnight and it was not a problem. I did communicate with the hotel that my flight was delayed but to please still hold my reservation and they did . I did get to check with Katyia once more. The room was super clean, loved how modern it is. I like they thought of the little details like a mini sewing kit, shower cap, a shoe mitt polisher. A refreshing complimentary bottle of water. The beds and pillows were great. We slept very good. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent overall .

Hotel was conveniently located near an underground traincstation, and near lots of food & dining options. It was a little hard to locate because signage was not prominent at eye level. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Generally a good place to stay.
