Relativ neu und sehr, sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war an der Straßenseite aber trotzdem absolut ruhig. Bett sehr bequem. Im Zimmer und Bad wirklich alles was man braucht. Personal sehr freundlich und zum Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich öffentliche Tiefgarage. 2€ pro Stunde und angeblich 25€ für 24 Stunden. Mit etwas Glück findet man aber an der Straße, direkt vor dem Hotel, Parkplatz. Am Wochenende kostenlos! Alles zu Fuß einfach und schnell erreichbar. Wir können es empfehlen und würden wieder buchen.

I was hesitant to stay in an American chain hotel abroad but this was fantastic! The staff was super helpful and kind. We could walk almost anywhere easily or take public transit or a taxi for just a few mins. It is located in between two major streets and with lots of amazing shops and restaurants in between. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Budapest.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and got a nice room on 6/F with thanks to the efficient front desk staff. Location is convenient to everywhere as M line is very closed. I am disappointed about the room cleaning services for Hilton brand hotel. Breakfast is good and staff performs well. So far I may or may not stay in same hotel next time. In conclusion, it is not bad.

This hotel is brand new, and every inch of the room is well and effectively designed. They provide amenities that other hotels don't offer, such as an iron and ironing board, extra towels, dental and hygiene kits, as well as beverages. We had issues with room as it was extremely hot. Staff didn’t looked into aircon although it was promised. No fan was available. Back of the furniture not cleaned at all and hence allergic reaction. Otherwise it’s good stay staff are polite and professional. Great breakfast

It's like q boutique hotel, don't expect a lot. But it is located in a quiet area near Metro station with restaurants and supermarkets The receptionists speak good English, very polite and helpful However, its the worst housekeeping I encounted in my life. I stayed for 6 days, complained 3 times, things didn't get done until third day: - face towels were missing after the first day - did not replace cups, spoons and coasters even they were so dirty. (Only change once after I complained) - the pages of the hotel information booklet stuck together, so yucky. It didn't get replace until my 3rd complain. - clogs of hair at the shower. Didn't get clean up since day 2. (Not clean up till I check out)

Small room, no chair, but perfect for a single person who’s not spending all day in the room anyway. The mattress and pillows were first rate, very difficult to find this quality of sleep in Budapest for the price. Breakfast was superb and varied… it would be hard to imagine something that wasn’t provided. And the coffee was also great. It’s a three minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting around is easy.

The staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. Room had everything we needed. I really cant fault our stay. The only reason I give a 4 for cleanliness and not 5 is because there was a stain on the carpet in the hallway on route to our room which stands out visually quite a bit.

Très bien
Chambre propre et bien équipée, sèche cheveux Babyliss, fer et table à repasser, frigo, et serviettes de bain de différentes tailles, bouteilles d’eau pétillante et gazeuse à dispo. Lucarne pas très grande mais avec vue sur un bel immeuble. Seul petit bémol : pas très bien isolé avec l’extérieur : j’entendais les bruits de la rue, mais heureusement elle était assez calme (pas de bar ou resto à proximité immédiate). Je n’ai pas entendu mes voisins. Service aimable à l’accueil (bonjour à chaque fois que l’on passe devant). Buffet sympa déjeuner copieux et varié. Situation idéale non loin de l’opéra, coin bien fréquenté. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

We love the comfortable bed and the wide spread breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located to most attractions on the Pest side of Budapest, near to shopping streets and many dinning options. Most hotel we stayed in provided complimentary bottled water for convenience. The complimentary bottled water is only provided for the first night stay when we stayed for 4 nights which we felt below the standard.
