All in all, I was satisfied, although the service at the pool bar let me down, as I waited over 40 minutes for food ready be day. They were not apologetic. Apart from that, great hotel, great location on a lively street and easy walking distance to city centre.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatte der Gast vor mir im Zimmer geraucht obwohl per Strafandrohung das Rauchen verboten ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhalting und von hoher Qualität. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist das Fehlen von Kocher und Halal Optionen für Jüdische und Muslimische Gäste. Das ist das Problem in fast allen Hotels. Wenn man Judf oder Muslim ist, muss man zum Vegetarier im Hotel werden.

Für Partypeople ok, sonst lieber nicht
Hab ein Zimmer im 1 Stock bekommen direkt vor der Einfahrt des Hotels. Entsprechend laut war es - der Hotel hat dann zwar angeboten mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben am nächsten Tag, aber ich hatte weder Zeit noch Lust umzuziehen. Wenn ein Nachbar seine Zimmertür geschlossen hat, hörte man das sofort. Viele Gäste sind dort um zu Feiern und ins Casino zu gehen. Entsprechend laut ist es auf den Gängen, teilweise gibt es Parties in den Zimmern. Häufig wird Müll wie Kaffeebecherr oder Verpackungen an den Aufzügen liegen gelassen und über Stunden wird dies nicht aufgeräumt. Wlan könnte schneller sein.

As I am sure you understand, it is very difficult to educate guests on things like etiquette and common courtesy but we do our best to intervene proactively to avoid guest complaints, which unfortunately during your stay was not the case. Zentral gelegenes Hotel gehobene Kategorie
Sehr schönes Hotel im Top-Zustand. Einziges Makel ist der verkehr da sehr zentral gelegen. Ich war im 5. Stock und wenn ich den Fenster aufmachte, war es sehr laut von draußen. Ansonsten alles sehr gut, sehr saubere Zimmer, gemütliches Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal wenn man zentral übernachten möchte und nahe zur Altstadt wohnen will. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Wenn man den Frühstück nicht mitgebucht hat, kostet es ca. 20 € extra. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind relativ teuer, der Bar beim Outdoor-Pool ebenfalls. in der Umgebung findet man sehr gute Restaurants, Bars. Ein weitere Vorteil des Hotels ist, dass man ein Pool im Außenbereich hat und einen Indoor-Pool, sowie ein Fitness Center (World Class). Check in / check out funktioniert sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in einem war ich sehr zufrieden.

geräumiges Zimmer, jedoch lauter Barbetrieb hörbar. Zimmer wurde problemlos gewechselt. 1 Lift defekt = längere Wartezeiten. Schlüssel 3 mal in 2 Tagen nicht funktioniert. War wohl der Wurm drin... Frühstück sehr gut.

Our hotel has a total of 6 elevators and indeed, we had one problem with one of them however,our Engineering Team has carefully taken care of this matter. Your comfort and security is the most important for us and we need to make sure we solve any technical issues as its best. The magnetic key of your rooms can sometimes get demagnetized if it remains too much close for example to your phonephone. Immer noch beste Option im Zentrum von Bukarest!
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - ausser Security Service und Bellboys, die hauptsächlich mit der Vermittlung von Escort Damen beschäftigt sind und somit ihre eigene Kundschaft unter den Hotelgästen haben. Hoteleinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die einseitige Vermarktung in Richtung Klientel aus dem Orient (99% Palestinänser und Israelis) hat dem Hotel ganz seriös zugesetzt, es sieht älter und mitgenommener aus, als es tatsächlich sollte - massgeblich wegen dem Benehmen der besagten Gästegruppen. Schade um die hervorragende Position und den Bemühungen des Personals - exzellente Client Satisfaction Managerin und Top Personal in der Business Lounge, das Frühstücksteam auch auf der Höhe der Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus. Das in unmittelbarer Nähe platzierte / integrierte Kasino schadet sehr viel der Atmosphere, bringt ein Schmuddel-Image durch die Fauna der sich vor dem Eingang aufhaltenden Kleinkrimminellen - von Taschendiebe, Bettler und Bordsteinschwalben bis zu Schwarz-Taxen. Pool, Spa und Gym sehr gut, parken katastrophal! Alles in einem immer noch alternativlos im Zentrum von Bukarest, das benachbarte Hilton (in dem wir auch über die letzten 3 Jahre verkehrt haben) ist eher ein 4 Sterne Haus und macht dem Brand keine besondere Ehre!

Our staff makes the difference in service and I am proud to read that they are always providing excellent and professional services towards our guests. I am sorry to read about your impressions about our Security and Bell Stan team as they are working hard to ensure safe and steady operational activities. Moreover,kindly note that we forbid any solicitation of illegal services on hotel property and immediately ban anyone caught doing so. To further our security efforts in front of the hotel we have hired an outside security agency to manage the parking area in front of the hotel and to be vigilant with undesired visitors. We strictly prohibit anyone soliciting such services and formally ban them from entering the building, unfortunately we do not have any authority on what goes on the public street and rely on the authorities to assist in these matters. sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Bukarest
Top ausgestatettes Hotel mit mehreren Restaurants, outdoor pool, Fitness usw. Preis der Zusatzleistungen (Minibar, Restaurants usw) hoch angelegt, dafür bekommt man aber tatsächlich ein Top-Service.
