Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite für vier Nächte, da wir etwas mehr Platz und Komfort gern bezahlen. Das Zimmer 323 ist leider in den späten 80er stehengeblieben. Das Bad und Gäste-WC sehen nicht aus, wie auf den Fotos. Sie sind gepflegt, aber veraltet. Eine Lampe links neben dem Bett hängt schräg von der Wand. Die Halter für das Toilettenpapier wackeln. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man auf der Homepage einen Hinweis findet, dass die Junior-Suiten noch nicht renoviert sind. Wir hätten uns für ein anderes Haus entschieden. Alle anderen Gäste der neuen Standardzimmer sind sicher sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Frühstück wirklich gut; die Mitarbeiter/innen waren auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings klappte das Einchecken wegen eines Internetfehlers nur mit halbstündiger Verspätung. Da hätte man einen Kaffee für die Wartezeit anbieten können.

Hotel in guter zentraler Lage aber leider laut
Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht in einer Junior Suite. Diese befand sich in der 2Etage zur Straße (Pflastersteine) gelegen. Die Fenster sind alt und somit lässt einen der Lärm der Straße Nachst kaum zur Ruhe kommen. Zudem schließen die Fenster nicht richtig. In der letzten Nacht öffneten sich die Fenster mehrfach durch den Wind. Die Suite war zwar sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet, aber es gab weitere erhebliche Mängel. Schwarze Haare in der Badewanne und im Bett, der Duschschlauch defekt. Das Personal war wenig hilfsbereit als wir nach einer Schere an der Rezeption fragten und beim Check Out wurde nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!!!

Great location, you are central to a lot of attractions around Brussels. The only issue was the noise. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbor and outside nosie.

Staff at the receptionist and front lobby are extremely friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for the nearby shop are great. Rooms are okay clean. It would be nice if the tub is lower, not easy to get in/ out of the tub. I will return to this hotel if I come back to this area.
