The staff was very friendly, and the place very nice. Centrally located. However, this is a problem in the summer as there is no air condition, and when you have the windows open, it's pretty noisy in the night.

Die Kundschaft mit zu viel Gewinnstreben verjagt !
Zentrale Lage (+), aber dafür laut bis morgen früh(-), viele umliegende Bierkneipen. Ausstattung zweckmäßig bis spartanisch aber OK. Personal ausreichend freundlich. Absolute Katastrophe - das Frühstück! Bei Ankunft mußte bestellt und auch bezahlt werden! Das Angebot am nächsten morgen war so unvorstellbar armselig, daß man sich auf der Stelle umdrehen und weggehen möchte. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Brno werde ich mit Sicherheit eine andere Unterkunft aussuchen.

Super Appartment ganz zentral in der Alstadt
Zentrale Lage in der wundeschönen Altstadt, jede Menge gute Bars und Cafes, alle wesentlichen Dinge fußläufig zu errreichen. Das Appartment ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und gefällt auf den ersten Blick. Die Toilette ist sauber aber etwas altertümlich. Das Bad wieder sehr modern. Am Wochenende durch die Lage am Jakobsplatz laut, aber gute Schallisolation der Fenster. Wir haben trotz der Umgebung sehr gut geschlafen. Die Rezeption und der Hauptteil der Pension sind im Nachbarhaus untergebracht (Tür an Tür). Gut ist, dass man bis Mitternacht einchecken kann. Uns hat es insgesamt super gut gefallen.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht das war aber vollkommen OK.das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt dadurch ist auch alles gut erreichbar.

Fantastic apartment in the city centre
Stayed 3 nights in February 24, including the weekend. We stayed in the Classic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, City View. To start, check-in is incredibly simple and can be done online before arrival, so when you do turn up it's merely a case of collecting the keys. The apartment is about as central as you can get, it is right next to St James' Church. The check-in desk is in a separate building but this is only a few metres away and is not an issue. The main train station is 10-15mins away by foot and other transport links are all easily within reach (either bus or tram). You are alsosurrounded by countless options for food and drink. The apartment itself could not be faulted. Very, very spacious and comfortable, modern looking and with a lot of amenities. We were big fans of the coffee machine and really appreciated the washing machine (with easy to understand instructions on how to use). The bed was massive and very comfortable. The shower was also great. You would normally have a fantastic view of the church as well, but sadly it was covered in scaffolding during our visit. The only disappointment was that there is a nightclub that was open on the weekends and you could hear and feel the music throughout the night. Earplugs were provided, but they don't stop it all. In general we're used to sleeping with noise but this could be an issue for others, so bear in mind for weekend stays. Despite this, we would happily stay again and would recommend highly to others.

This property is in an updated late-nineteenth-century building and has view of St. James (sv. Jakob) Church and the nearby square. It is one of the most comfortable accommodations I experienced. There is no parking, but a commercial garage is nearby.

A bit of a weird and quite old building, the apartment was clean still dated .. we were on weekend so it was noisy till very late night.. nice and helpful stuff at the reception. Very good and centric location, the parking is 5-8 min walk, better to use backpacks or hand bags .. Buttom line - it’s ok ..

Ok place but laundry machine ate my clothes
The rooms were good. But the laundry machine broke and i couldn't get my clothes out. Because no one picked up the call when I called them.

48 hours in Brno
I chose the Apartment with Sauna, not for that reason but I wanted laundry facilities and a quiet unit. On the 6th Floor, the apartment is within a larger building of apartments, not just those of Jacob. The entry route may not attract, but I found it safe. The apartment itself is very spacious, condition dated but everything worked. Other units looked more upgraded. Location is excellent and despite staying on a Friday night, the noise from street level was not an issue. The sauna is a nice touch, used and enjoyed. Weakness - the bed and bedding could do with replacement. The TV is old but does the job and has netflix etc capability. Recommended.

Nice accommondation in old town
Nice location in Brno old town. Restaurants etc. just in front of the hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff at the reception. Parking with the car is easy near in the theater parking house. Few minutes walk to hotel. Apartment was clean. Good beds.
