I deeply advise you not to use the Coco Chanel's offer which is the apartment situated on the Macová 4 street in Brno. Around 17-18 of july I made a booking on the apartment mentioned before; the money was withdrawn from our account instantly, right after that I got a notification informing me that the actual possibility of usage of the already paid apartment will be impossible because of some water-related issue there. In order to compensate the problem I was offered a different apartment (situated far from the main market of Brno, with lower conditions and of lower price) When we got there, we had a quick talk with the owner, we agreed on the return of money (obviously I gave up the substitute apartment) in the following couple of days. It's been a month, the owner hasn't returned a penny, what's more, it's impossible to get in touch with him and he's avoiding the contact. The page "Hotels.com" itself can't and won't help us in any way. Both the owner and the site neglect their customers.
