A really, really good Hotel. The personell at Reception, Breakfast an Concierge is friendly, always smiling and helps in every case. One star less at condition because the public floor to room crunches here and there and the room-door squeaks loud while opening/ closing.

Zimmer nicht wie auf Bildern, kein 4 Sterne Hotel, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, extrem laute Geräusche von Belüftung/Ventilatoren, Essen wie in einer Kantine, würde nicht empfehlen hier zu nächtigen.

Ankunft und Checkin vorbildlich. Zimmer und Bad wie neu. Lobby und Hotelbar zum Wohlfühlen. Afternoon Tea very British und erstklassig. Frühstück ein Muss. Die Lage des Hotels, ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin. Alle Mitarbeiter*Innnen mega freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Grand hat Klasse und Stil. Danke an das Team. Awesome!

The room was so spacious and comfortable. Stunning breakfast in our room as well. I particularly appreciated the bell boy service. We had walked a great distance with our luggage and the bell boy was swift to help when we arrived. The overall experience was glorious. Thank you!

Large rooms and some modern touches without ripping out too much of the old. If you're looking for an uber trendy boutique hotel this might not be for you but If you're after some class charm then this is the place to stay!

Great customer service. Booked a room on the1st floor. Maintenance/painting on 2nd floor created paint smells to our room. Staff very quick and accommodating to move us to another room. Fantastic views and 5* room. Definitely staying here again!

Unfortunately there was nobody to help with bags when arriving at the hotel which meant carrying heavy cases up the entrance stairs ourselves. Staff were lovely although one of the concierge was extremely rude... Will put it down to them having a bad day. Fast easy check in. Reception staff were so helpful and very friendly. Room was slightly underwhelming with a bit of a musty smell. It was an inbound room so unfortunately no views but we knew this upon booking it. Overall it was a good stay but I'm not sure we will be in a hurry to book again

We had a room which my husband found very noisy and I asked to be moved and the reception staff where excellent we where moved to another room which was very quiet and he slept a lot better. The bar staff were also very nice they even remembered our drinks order. It’s the little things that make a stay even better. Thankyou.

Hotel has 2 nice bars where you can go and relax . The rooms are dated but comfortable. The room we had waa quiet apart from screaming kids at 6am in the morning in the corridor outside the room .
