Thank you for taking the time to write a review. During your stay I asked you daily if you were needing anything this also includes maid service if you would like most guests prefer to have their privacy and opt out of maid service. We offer farm fresh eggs, premium coffee, creamers, sugar and salt and pepper too. We haven’t offered breakfast since Covid and will no longer offer breakfast. We will provide the items mentioned above. The sofa bed is a premium Serta sofa bed we purchased new from Costco and honestly this is the first time we’ve heard a complaint about this. I wish you had mentioned this when you were here and we could have moved you to another cabin. I believe when you checked in you requested the end cabin for privacy and it had the larger sofa bed. The cabins are not designed for 4 adults we only allow 3 adults max in the cabins or 2 adults and 2 small children. When I was cleaning your cabin I did come across a ring you left behind. If you’d like to contact me I can arrange to have it returned to you. Hope your holiday in Canada was pleasant.
