The hotel was nothing like the photos on their website. I’m pretty sure there were people that actually lived at the hotel. They did not offer cleaning each day. Would only give you new towels each day. Not empty trash or anything else. Would not stay there again.

We apologize for not exceeding your expectations, we are not an extended stay hotel so no we don't have any persons living on property as it relates to the cleaning the front desk does advise you to notify us if you would like full room service so that we can notify our housekeepers

Right next to Titanic museum walkable. Close to venues and loved Hero’s restaurant next store for a meal. Clean and safe. Concierge service wonderful for help planning.

The hotel and staff are too notch! We stayed twice and would've been repeat customers if the beds weren't rock hard. It was like sleeping in plywood. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!!!

I do apologize that your experience was not the way we would have liked for you. We have had so much rain here and sometimes it brings ants. We have pest control that comes out on a routine schedule for preventative maintenance. I am told that we did come and clean your room , changed your sheets, and sprayed. We strive to do our very best and sometimes we will fall short and for that I apologize if that was not enough. We want all of our guests to have a great experience. I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your visit with us. Thank you for your feedback about your stay. It helps us to be better.

The plugs in our room and especially the bathroom were not conducive to handle hair dryer. Counter cut it off.

The staff were great. Our room however wasn’t great. It smelled of mildew and lemon cleaner. The blanket on the bed is as thin as a sheet, not exaggerating. The air conditioner is outdated and smelly. Also the weather seal around the door was missing so you could literally see through the crack when the door was shut. But it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast was excellent and the indoor pool is nice. Although there was a church youth group there at the time, so there were 38 (I counted) teenagers rough housing in the pool with no adult supervision.

Easy booking did not pay until I got there. No crazy hold on my card. The hotel was clean and very nice and all of the staff was exceptionally nice! This was some of the best breakfast that I’ve had at a hotel. Also, the Pool and hot tub was spot on. Will be back !

Average hotel but clean and good locations. We stayed in the hotel with indoor access but thought it would be exterior access when pulling on the property. Breakfast was difficult to get to.
