Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Apartment
Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, das Apartment war sauber und geräumig. Auch sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gutes und schnelles WLAN/Wifi im Apartment. Lediglich ein Fön fehlt im Apartment, den man nicht unbedingt mitnehmen möchte, wenn man von Europa aus anreist.

Shorewalk ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für wichtige Attraktionen in Florida.
Shorewalk liegt nur wenige Meilen von den Badestränden der Golfküste entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich, um zu den Stränden und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen von Shorewalk (u.a. Tennis, Pools, Billard, Angelteiche) können kostenlos genutzt werden. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr großzügig, die Unterkünfte bieten viel Platz, sind somit bestens für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

The check in process went smooth. However the unit that we were assigned looked like it hadn't been updated for years! It had all 32 inch JVC TV's with only the master bedroom hooked up to cable. The furniture and appliances were very old and the most modern appliance a Keurig coffee maker didn't work. We were in the area for a wedding so we had 2 other family members that rented units in Shorewalk thru another source and they both were completely updated with new furniture, a[ppliances and TV 50 with cable thruout-No comparison. The Shorewalk complex itself is centrally located and overall is very nice. However I would never stay in this unit again....

Grounds were nice. Pools were nice. Unit was not cleaned well. Poor lighting. Only one bedroom TV performed well; other two TVs did not work well and did not offer up-to-date programming. Iron broken. Some outlets didn't work. Office staff neutral, uninterested in any comments. Nothing extra provided. Minimal towels available. Furnishings old.

I did know how to access our rental. Our flight was delayed and we got in after office hours. We’re closed. I called the emergency number they answered immediately and got us settled right in superb customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised on the condo unit . It felt like home ! It makes us want to Come back to visit with the family . We came out for a Lacrosse tournament and it was very close to IMG academy !!! We flew in late from California and the manager or caretaker was very helpful and accommodating . We had a wonderful stay 😀😀😀

Was a good first time exposure to Florida's beaches since they were easy to drive to. Florida streets were the hardest to navigate (have to U turn alot). Unit was nice and bright. Could've used more amenities to not have to donate to staff or next stayers on departure. Floors were very dirty upon arrival and our feet were constantly black after walking on.

The office didn’t notify us that they were going to turn off the water for repairs. Lack of security by the pool adults drinking alcohol while in the pool and kids jumping in the pool when they have a sign stating their rules.

Dejlig lejlighed i rolige omgivelser
Efter at have været i området Kissimmee/Davenport i mange år, skulle et nyt område tættere på Den Mexikanske Golf afprøves. Det blev Shorewalk Vacation Villas i Bradenton, og det fortrød vi ikke. Vi havde 11 dage, og kunne nemt været blevet meget længere. For 2 personer var det luxus med bl.a. 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, stue, køkken og terrasse med net for. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Meget roligt område med små søer omkring samt parkeringspladser lige udenfor døren. Condoen levede til fulde op til vores forventninger. I komplekset er bl.a. bordtennis, basket og tennisbane samt 2 poolområder, der ofte blev benyttet. Mange gange dagligt går personalet rundt og sikrer sig det kun er personer med “adgangstegn”, der er ved poolen. Kort afstand til både Publix og Wal-Mart, ligesom der ligger mange restauranter og mulighed for takeaway i nærheden. En kort køretur til de forskellige strande. 2 gange havde vi brug for hjælp til bl.a. aircondition, og begge gange kom personalet indenfor 1 time. Det eneste negative vi kan finde er blødheden af sengen, men det er jo meget individuelt. I forhold til vore krav og forventninger kunne vi ikke have ønsket os mere. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

The pool and grounds were clean. There is a grocery store and restaurants very close. The room set ups are decent. Our room was not very clean to start. The front desk staff said they would talk yo mngt but never heard back. They don’t do room service in stay which would be ok but we had no broom/vacuum to tidy up during the week. One of the pool/ club house staff was rude in how she addressed people and set a negative tone about 5 mins into our time on the grounds

Nice place but needs freshening up. The vents in the unit need to be cleaned as I ended up with a cough only in the unit. Staples should be provided like suger, coffee filters, detergent for dishes, scub brush for dishes. As an air traveller I had to buy a bag sugar and wasnt taking it back home.
