Das kostenlose Wasser im Kühlschrank ist im kleingedruckten für Nicht Club Mitglieder mit 4 Dollar zu bezahlen. Und das ist nur ein Beispiel für die Nebengebühren. Das Personal ist im Allgemeinen recht freundlich ausser man hat an der Bar eine Frage...

The hotel is outdated , rooms and in particular bathroom need renovation and modernisation , shower in bath is not up to standard and expectation . Hyatt used to be leader in F&B but this hotel is way beyond Hyatt standard . Design restaurant outdated , service poor and food of 2 star hotel . Very disappointed after we have stayd in othe hyatt hotels such a dubai , Germany , NY etc

We stayed for one night after coming back into town from a wedding. The gentleman from the lower lobby, Willie “Mr. Wonderful” was beyond pleasant and kind to us and truly made the experience 5/5 stars. We would come back and stay again solely because of how wonderful he was.

I was disappointment with our stay at the Hyatt. For costing $500 a night, the room was mediocre. Both the pool and saunas were closed until the summer with no notice on the website and we were not informed when we arrived. This was a big reason why we picked this hotel and were very disappointed that we could not use the amenities listed.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy to walk our Boston activity. Perfect for us. The only thing I would strongly recommend is to have a better shower. Felt like in the 70…. Not easy for a women to completely rinse yourself😉

Excellent hotel in a very good location for downtown, with good transport and walking options. Our 2 queen room was spacious clean with a large bathroom; couldn't be faulted. Staff at check in and reception were brilliant throughout our 7 night stay, but highlight was the breakfast room staff. They were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the omelette was outstanding. It was a pleasure to see them all first thing in the morning. Great hotel, good value, near to so many places to see and visit....next time I visit Boston, only one place for me to stay! This property is a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk to South Station. The parking garage is right next door to the hotel too. Staff was warm and helpful and the elevators are key coded for extra security. The room was nice and spacious. Would absolutely book again.

This hotel was fantastic! It was very walkable to most tourist areas (Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, Bell in Hand Tavern, etc.). The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained in common areas as well as rooms. Parking was very convenient for self parking as the garage is attached to the hotel. They also offer valet parking. While breakfast is not included in the price, there is a restaurant on site with a variety of breakfast options including a breakfast buffet. There are also breakfast sandwiches available for grab and go. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend choosing this hotel.
