The rooms were very nice and quiet. For the most part it was very clean except for the air vent, it was very dirty and covered with dust.

Everything was good as presented ahead of time with the exception of the complimentary continental breakfast . They told us at the front desk the night before that wood be available from 6:00 AM thru 11:30 AM. That was closed at 9;30 AM and our family missed their breakfast because of that.

Hotel was clean, quiet and seemed newly built. Beds were comfortable and amenities were good. Only complaint is parking is $30 a day and that housekeeping came into our room at 7:30am on our last day there and waking us up and then coming in again 2 hours later to ask if we were going to leave already.

I really like the property! Have stayed there a couple times with no issues. This stay was different. We were there for 4 nights - our room cleaning with fresh towels didn’t happen until we complained on day 3. Disappointed about this as we got back to room late at night when housekeeping gone. The other instance was our tv didn’t work to watch Super Bowl and maintenance guy on property had gone home for the day. Again - unexpected instances - management tried to rectify but didn’t have staff to truly fix. All in all - would still stay at property but thought maybe some sort of “we are sorry” coupon would have been nice

I tried to call to let them know late check in the person o spoke to said they were going to make a note and hung up on me before asking my information so she couldnt actully make a note. We got there and checked in and walked into our room which was supposed to be a King size bed and it was two Queen size beds. I called the front desk and after waiting 20 minutes on hold all they told me was the manager changed it due to over booking but i was never informed of this change. I found hair in the shower before we used it which means it was not cleaned well also found old gross food that smelt awful on top of the refrigerator not even inside it. I am not happy i spent what i did on this hotel with this experience.

I loved that it was in walking distance of the center of Watertown, which is beautiful! I didn't like that we had to pay so much for parking! This was a surprise cost we were not expecting!

Beware!!! Stay away!!!! Parking is 39 dollars a night!!! No where to park!! I got stuck in the elevator twice!!! No manager ever on duty!!! Front desk never answers their phone!!!!!! After getting stuck in elevator I needed a drink to calm my nerves!!!! Could you believe the night audit guy lost the key to the bar!! The next day he said he left it at home!!! This property is Not helpful at all. No maid service! Breakfast is unattended with no one to replenish the items!! Hard to believe this is a Hilton property. Have sent two emails to management with no returned email or call!!! Left many messages at the desk. Stay away!!

Great place, needs more employees!
The shower sprayer didn’t work and the room was out of shower gel and body lotion in their refillable dispensers. The room temperature felt cold at 71 or 72 so this is why it was up to 75 when I arrived. That was odd. Upon leaving there were no carts anywhere and so I had to drag all my bags out myself in several trips. Also by 9 am Sunday morning there was no more dark roast coffee and they seemed to have trouble replenishing the breakfast items with a big crowd. Having said all that, none of it mattered. It’s a great place for a great location and the room is nice, clean, quiet, Nice beds and pillows. I’d stay again but probably just ask for help. I did not like paying an extra $30.00 for parking. All in all it was worth the price though.

Not A Win for Hampton Inn
This is definitely not a flagship property for Hampton Inn. They need more front desk staff, as one person to handle check-ins, guest questions, and the phone explains why so many mistakes are made and service is slow (wrong keys, wrong room assignments, and people being given rooms that were already occupied.) The bathroom was under stocked (6 squares of toilet paper on the roll), and the refrigerator can’t accommodate a bottle of soda and a leftovers box.
