The hotel is near the Boston Airport and offer a free shuttle service from/to the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the Hotel offers a good breakfast.

Es gab einen Flughafen Shuttle, dieser hat einen auch zur nächsten Bahnstation gebracht und wieder abgeholt! Das hotel liegt direkt an einer großen Straße, dadurch kann man leider nirgends zu Fuß hingehen und man hört auch den Lärm von der Straße… Auswahl zum Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut

Sehr viel Wegwerf-Artikel beim Frühstück (nicht mal Geschirr wird verwendet: alles Papier). Das Frühstück an sich war aber sehr reichhaltig. Die Toiletten in der 1. Etage waren leider dreckig. Pool war außer Betrieb. Die Zimmer waren aber sehr sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit (besonders Stephen in der Bar) und die Shuttle-Bus-Abfahrtzeiten waren wirklich gut.

Never again, sorry!
Unfortunately has been not a pleasant experience at all. Typical American hotel, where is not possible to open any window. Only air conditioning is always on and everywhere. The bathroom has no fan. Due to the high level of humidity in the room, there was a huge spider, never seen so big thing before, in the bathroom. Very untidy in the breakfast room and super sticky floor. Never again, sorry!

Wir waren ein zweites mal hier zur Vorübernachtung zu unserem Flug. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war nicht wirklich freundlich und gab auch keine Auskünfte bezüglich Frühstückszeiten etc.. Das kannten wir von der Dame eine Woche vorher anders. Diesmal bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt hinter dem Eiswürfelmaker Raum und neben den Aufzügen. An schlafen war leider durch das ständige Aufzug Geräusch kaum zu denken geschweige denn, wenn sich jemand Eiswürfel holt! Wie schon geschrieben sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Außerdem störte uns der massive Weed Geruch morgens um 4 Uhr in der gesamten Lobby!

Very busy, well used hotel. Cannot complain. Spent almost 48 hrs there. The staff was nice, especially housekeeping. Glad there was a bar with food. I had dinner there 2 nights. Quite edible and there’s really no walkable place to go. Gym was very good. Breakfast was just fine! Shuttle was perfect.

The property needs more TLC. The cleaning of the lobby and elevator and halls were poorly maintained. The rooms were old and not well maintained. The bathroom floor was sticky and tub seemed black not sure if dirty or moldy.

The bed cover smelled, their parking lot- everyone was using their car alarm to find their car cause apparently its not organized enough so it was noisy, the people above we could here a lot. The room wasn’t very clean lots of dust on bedside table, bathroom door didn’t lock, no fan in bathroom. It was a terrible unfortunate stay. Not again. And someone entered our room sometime in the night before check out time.
