Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und am nächsten Tag wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir konnten auch unsere Koffer abgeben und einschliessen lassen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war beeindruckend und sehr gut.

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war sehr laut, es gab eine Klimaanlage direkt hinter meinem Bett, sodass nicht nur mein Bett samt Zimmerwand dauerhaft vibrierte, sondern auch ständig ein sehr unangenehmer Geräuchpegel herrschte! Leider war diese dauerhaft lärmende / vibrierende Klimaanlage aber in dem Nachbarzimmer, sodass ich mit diesem sehr unangenehmen Zustand 3 Tage lang leben musste! Zudem muss ich beklagen, dass mein Zimmer trotz vorheriger Bitte nicht regelmäßig gereinigt wurde! Das angeblich complementary hotel shuttle entpuppte sich als sehr unzuverlässig!

The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The breakfast buffet was just ok, the usual powdered eggs, etc., but there was an omelette bar. At check in we were not advised about the $100 per room hold on credit card until we asked, after getting to the elevator and looking at the receipt. We got it back at checkout, but they should tell you!

Room was great. Loved the breakfast buffet, except for the Friday of checkout. Got there at 9. Out of silverware, virtually no fresh fruit, no bagles, oatmeal was cold and very thick.

Location is right near the airport which is convenient when traveling from or to Logan. It is also literally next to the rental car section which was perfect since we were renting a car to drive home with. They also provide an airport shuttle to get you back and fourth. Everyone was friendly. Good breakfast selection especially the fresh omelet station. Our room was nice however the bathroom could use some updating

Loved the room layout perfect for family’s, complimentary cribs were horrible! Medal bars my baby immediately got hurt, so we had to put him in between us to sleep. Complimentary breakfast was amazing as were the kitchen staff and cleaning staff so kind and friendly.

Left our hotel room at 9:30 to grab breakfast and then catch the shuttle. On the 10th floor. Elevators not working and the service elevator wouldn’t call to our floor. After 15 min waiting with luggage and a toddler and multiple phone calls to the desk we finally got to the ground floor at 9:55. We didn’t have time to get breakfast properly and service stopped at 10. Otherwise this hotel is my go to for the free breakfast and proximity to airport.

My flight got in after 9pm, i collected my bags called for tge shuttle whish quickly then I got to the hotel after 10pm checked in and I wanted a hot cup of tea before my bed time but everything was closed besides the bar. I was a little disappointed

Check in staff was kinda rude. There was a single server for the entire dining room for dinner. The room was mostly clean. Kinda smelled.

A bit threadbare, like an old cruise ship. It is difficult to get taxis there because some companies do not want to incur extra city fees for access in the airport area. Uber will not pick up or drop off at the Embassy Suites Hotel - Boston, Logan Airport. This made inconvenient during our three-day stay.
