Very good family friendly Hotel
We stayed in a family suite with our 1.5yo son, and we would highly recommend the Element Boston for families. Friendly & helpful staff, modern and spacious rooms, with kitchen, dishwasher microwave, fridge, utensils. Good breakfast included. Walking distance to seaport, children's museum, even dowmtown.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Service
Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit toller Lobby . Nette Überraschung.. pro Abend könnte man bei Käse und Crackern zwei Getränke kostenfrei konsumieren (Wein oder Bier). Pool und Fitness schön um nach einem Tag zu entspannen. Lage in neuem seaport Gebiet - neues inn viertel in Boston. Zu Fuß geht man ca 20 bis 30 min nach downtown oder nimmt Linie 7 . Alles in allem super Tage in diesem Hotel . 4 kostenfreie Fahrräder stehen for Gäste bereit. Frühstück deutlich besser als Durchschnitt

Keine Weiterempfehlung!
Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte und hatten das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gewählt. Leider können wir diese nicht ganz teilen. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits im Seaport District. Die Subway ist in ca. 10 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosses und bequemes Bett. Einige gute Lokale in Gehdistanz. Leider befand sich das Hotelpersonal während unsres Aufenthaltes im Streik, was sich natürlich auf die Serviceleistungen auswirkte. So war der Zimmerservice nicht existent und das Frühstück viel nur sehr spartanisch aus! Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank waren dermassen laut, so dass an Schlaf nur zu denken war, wenn beides ausgeschaltet wurde! Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder auswählen, deshalb auch keine Weiterempfehlung.

Nettes Hotel
Etwas Außerhalb, aber wenn man ein günstigeres Hotel haben möchte, muss man das in Boston in Kauf nehmen. Nach Downtown Crossing braucht man etwa 25 Min. zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein Auto, was uns den Zugang zur Stadt/Harvard erleichtert hat. Großer Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Für einen Städtetrip ein nettes Hotel mit kleinem Pool und schönem Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl etwas überschaubar und leider alles schnell vergriffen. Ständig fehlte etwas und wurde nur sehr schleppend nachgefüllt. Was sehr nett war, war die „Complementory Hour“ in der p.P. zwei kostenlose Getränke, Käse und Brot angeboten wurden. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose Leihfahrräder.

I had a fantastic stay at the Element Hotel Boston in their Studio King Room. The amenities were excellent, and the room was spotless. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious every morning. The outdoor patio area was a nice touch, and the Seaport location is unbeatable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the business facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was one of the best I have seen, with many stations of all kinds of breakfast items, there are not many options near by so that was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. But there was a piano bar on the 1st level, you could hear the noise on the 3rd floor.

mandatory valet parking was a pain even though the staff running it were efficient and friendly. There needs to be a self-park option. We will recommend the hotel for being excellent for night before St patricks day as it is walking distance to the parade. We enjoyed the breakfast smoothie and open concept eating area. Eco theme was appreciated. I just wish it was the norm at hotels and not a trendy theme. Keep it up.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was good, and quiet. Everything was fine, except there was no parking available at all, even at $54 per day. They were “full”. Which is unacceptable. I had to park at the Omni several blocks away and way overtip the parking valet to get my car parked there, because the Omni normally doesn’t allow parking there unless you have a room there.

Great breakfast... and a lettuce/herb garden, in the lobbby... they grow for you to eat! FUN! Great location, literally across the street from the convention center.
