Leider ging unsere Klospühlung nicht nach dem Check-In. Es hat über 2 Stunden gedauert dass sich wer bereit erklärt hat dabei zu gucken. Egal ob man beim Housekeeping oder der Rezeption angerufen hat oder sogar da war. Sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten war das Hotel recht gut. Zimmer war groß und bequem. Es hätte aber sauberer sein können

Ruhiges, angenehmes Hotel
Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, besonders da es verkehrsmäßig gut zu erreichen und ruhig ist. Allerdings ist nicht zu erklären, warum in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts kein Zimmerservice stattfand, der in der Hotelbeschreibung ausdrücklich genannt wird.

Could've used a couple of water bottles in the room. The bathtub was clogged so the water wasn't draining fast enough, which is gross. I was too tired to call front desk that evening but I did that the very first thing thy next day and it was fixed very quickly!

The staff was nice but the area was marginal and the breakfast was very mediocre for a buffet - just not as nice as I would expect for a Hilton- especially for price tag.

Everything was very good, the service was very good, even a welcome cookie. But you had to pay an extra 50 dollars for parking.

We paid in advance for breakfast, hotel said staff didnt show up so cancelled, offered limited breakfast sandwiches but no refund. People were smoking marijuana just outside entrance. Parking lot distant and dark, Hotel did not disclose extortionate parking fee until check in was completed.

Absolutely. The answer is. That our stay at Doubletree Boston Bayside was truly 5 out of 5. Front Desk, cleaning staff and restaurant and convenient Starbucks, cleaning staff were excellent. Oh also very accommodating and Bi- lingual Manager which helped us with Spanish speaking interpreting to acquire IT tech troubleshooting for a visitor from Colombia to fix his network out of country access on his international cell phone service provider. The Manager himself did everything personally in the worried visitor and probably saved his job. Great job Jorge , he was so happy he hugged my wife and I and manager who directed him to Jorge. You saved the day. Love it and plan to come back very soon. Boston was awesome too , especially from this great hotel. Mil Gracias 10 estrellas!!!

the staff were very sweet! however, when we arrived for our stay, a man was getting escorted out of the building for urinating on the floor of the hotel. while the situation was a little funny, it rubbed me the wrong way. but besides that, everything was good!

Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel looks worn out, the carpets were dirty, the staff seemed tired, the shuttle to the airport didn’t start early enough to allow for a stress free morning and the hotel didn’t even have coffee in the reception. It’s an airport hotel and they don’t seem to sufficiently cater for travelers with aircraft schedules!

Shuttle didn't pick us up waited 20 min 34 degree weather. Had take a taxi $36.50 to hotel, hotel closed dining rm early so we didn't eat, told heat is room takes a bit to kick on never did room was 63 degrees all night didn't sleep well due to the cold. Reception couldn't move us to another room with a working heater. Next morning shuttle driver never returned to hotel to pic us up told he was lost. Hotel finally called us a lyft to get to the cruise ship. very frustrating.

I'm sorry for your experience at our hotel. The shuttle times can vary based on traffic and the shuttle's location; this can take up to an hour. However, we are glad you were able to get a Lyft.

Waited for shuttle way too long after long flight delays. The bathroom was flooded, water had soaked the rug. They did move me to another room. But again it was another delay for me after a very long day.

We had a great stay at the doubletree, our stay was smooth, easy and was a really great location for walking into south Boston. There was a limited number of amentities in the area however marketplace and options within the hotel were good.

Room and facilities were super clean. It does not have free parking and it has a few spots in fromt of hotel, or a big parking lot that you shouls walk 100/200 meters, both are paid.

The complaint I have is that this property charge $22 a day for parking. This is way too expensive for the guests of the hotel. Also, there is no restaurant in this hotel and since there is nothing around close by you really don't have a choice but buy the food in the hotel like fast food place.
