Hotel sulla spiaggia di Boracay. Belle camere (la mia con accesso diretto alla piscina) e una piscina che corre lungo tutto l’hotel. Personale molto professionale e molto controllo. Un po’ caotico vista la tanta gente presente ma questo fatto non é legato all’hotel.

初めてのボラカイ島で、こちらのホテルに泊まってよかったです。スタッフのみなさんも、いつも気持ちよく挨拶してくださり、バカンスの雰囲気わ味わえました。プールもキレイだし、ビーチにもそのまま直行できます。小さなお子様も遊べるので、家族でも楽しめると思います。泊まった部屋がたまたまだったんですが、隣がホテル建設中で、ダクトの音が少し気になりました。朝食のビュッフェの種類を日々、変えてもらえると嬉しかったかなと思いました。 Dモールも近いし、レストランやお土産屋、両替所もあるので、とても便利なホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

ビーチに面していて周辺のショッピングエリアやレストランに行くのも便利でした。スカイテラスプールはプール内のバーも夕日を楽しむのにも雰囲気が良かったです。1階プール側の部屋はバルコニーから直接プールに入ることができるなど、ワクワクする設備が充実しています。スタッフも皆親切で、是非またリピートしたいです。

Such a good location, such a beautiful hotel, such a disappointing experience… 1) checking in: my reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child (clearly stated on my voucher), still they insisted that I needed to pay for my child 2) welcome cocktails, are more mocktails and good luck finding out were to redeem the vouchers 3) forced to pay for a CNY “buffet” full of fish and seafood that our son would not eat! 4) ran out of wine at the resort…for multiple days! 5) closed out the pool on the last day to force guest to another “valentine” event dinner Overall Boracay is amazing and the beaches are out of this world. This hotel is one of the very few beachfront properties on the Island however they are trying way too hard to take advantage of guests because of this. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property!

Uppfyller sina stjärnor
Fantastiskt fint hotell med bra närhet till allt direkt på stranden. Stor bra frukost! Sköna sängar, äntligen bäddmadrass och inte bara resår :) Enda negativa är att de spelar techno musik i frukostsalen. Skulle lätt bo här igen om vi kommer tillbaka.

모든것이 완벽한 호텔

The pools at this hotel are fab and overall very clean. Loved the pool and bar overhanging the white beach . Unfortunately we didn’t use the downstairs pool As it was so noisy with the hotels aircon units buzzing away. So not relaxing at all! We were in the cheapest room catergory. Basic and clean but fine. Some views out of these rooms are awful. Again aircon units are placed so if you open the window…. That’s all you hear. My only other gripe was the repetitive boring beat music played constantly by the pool bar. We asked for it to be changed but told they couldn’t. A bit of variety would be nice! Plus the music at breakfast is like you are heading into a dance club. Not what’s needed first thing in the morning. Perfect location for this hotel and as mentioned beautiful pool overlooking the beach and sunset

헤난계열중 가장 멋진 루프탑 수영장
헤난크리스탈 샌즈 호텔 2020년에 와보고 23년 2번째 방문입니다. 여기는 루프탑수영장 때문에 온다고 해도 과언이아닙니다. 바로앞이 화이트비치라 낭만적이예요. 객실은 외부시설및 리조트의 전체시설 수준에비해 별로입니다. 디럭스룸과 프리미어룸 (수영장뷰)를 비교해 봤을때 디럭스룸은 일자로 쭉뻗은 구조라 프리미어룸보다 넓게느껴지고 더쾌적합니다. 다만 뷰는 복불복이겠지만 저같은경우 벽뷰 공사장같은뷰라 창문을열지않아 룸안에 있을때 답답하고 기분이 가라앉구요. 프리미어룸은 가격도 더비싸니 수영장뷰라 뷰는훨씬 좋지만 현관, 욕과욕실과 베드룸이 구분되어있어 구조자체가 더좁아보입니다. 욕조가있는장점은있어요. 첫방문때는 몰랐는데 두번째 방문해보니 화장대조명, 스탠드조명, 시그니처 브라운계열 액자 가 올드해보이네요. 그동안세월의 흔적이 남은걸까요? 냉장고쪽 서랍에 커피와 커피잔등이 들어있는 서랍장을여니 악취가나네요. 아무튼 룸컨디션은 도저히 20만원 넘는수준은아닌것같고, 물2병서비스도 없습니다. 층마다 정수기가있긴하고 빈 유리물병이 준비되어있지만 정수기 이용하지않았어요. 룸서비스 이용률을 높이기위해, 조리된음식을 객실내에서먹는것을 원칙적으로 허용하지않습니다. 피자, 햄버거, 치킨 등 포장음식을 말하는 거겠죠? (조식) 2020년에 먹었을때는 먹을만하다 느끼는 수준이었습니다. 이번에 다른식당을 이용을많이해보니 헤난크리스탈 조식 맛있는거였습니다. 한국인이 많이 와서 그런지 간도 많이 짜지 않아 좋았습니다.

I wish to have had given this place a whole five stars except the fact that 1. The dinner wasn’t as hyped up to be. I noticed a few things they had for dinner they used for breakfast the next morning. 2. Upon check out I was told they were missing a “hand and face towel” and would need to be charged for it. I refused to pay as why in the world would I need take such items?! This held me up for a solid 10 min. as the driver was to transport us back to the dock. Never have I been to a hotel that keeps inventory on towels. 3. They had no medicine for allergies, headache, nothing..thankfully the pharmacy is walking distance.
