My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Le Bora Bora. The traditional over-water bungalows were recently fully refurbished and are modern and very comfortable. The food as well as friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. Most of the staff are locals, and they are great ambassadors for their beautiful country. If you're looking for a hotel in Bora Bora, we would definitely recommend this one.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem schönen Ausblick. Das Hotel hat Trinkwasser für alle Zimmer inklusive, was sehr praktisch war. Am Strand konnte man immer freie Liegen finden und auch Kajaks und SUPs standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Planung von Ausflügen über den Concierge hat super geklappt. Das einzige Problem war, dass unsere Kkimaanlage Probleme gemacht hat. Wahrscheinlich waren nur die Batterien fast leer und die Klimaanlage hatte daher nur bei ca. einem von 10 versuchen reagiert. Das Personal hat das nicht als springen gesehen und der versprochene weitere Techniker ist nie aufgetaucht.

Das Pearl Beach Resort bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Hauptinsel Bora Bora mit ihrem majestätischen Berg. Wir hatten einen Garden Bungalow mit eigenem Pool. Die Garden Bungalows mit Pool, Sitzecke und eigenem kleinen Garten sind von einem hohen Sichtschutz aus Brettern bzw. Baumstämmen umgeben, die eine hohe Intimität im eigenen kleinen Garten mit dem Pool gewährleisten. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet.

Rundum sehr zufrieden: schneller Transfer vom Flughafen (keine Flugzeuge hörbar) über die Lagune zum Hotel, pünktlich, Personal sehr freundlich und weitestgehend englischsprechend, sehr schöne Lage auf dem Motu mit Blick auf die Hauptinsel, sehr viele Aktivitäten direkt vom Hotel aus, Jetski, Fischen, Bootstouren, Wildlife, sonst. Ausflüge, sehr ruhig, stündl. Fähre zur Hauptinsel, dort Restaurants oder Fahrradverleih, Spa wird z.Zt umgebaut, aber Behandlungen sind in hergerichteten Strandvillas alle erhältlich, Essen vorzüglich mit frischem Fisch etc, alles sehr persönlich und familiär, man wird überall schon mit Namen angesprochen, sehr schöner Poolbereich mit gepflegten Außenanlagen, Strand und Lagune mit klasklarem Wasser, rundum umsorgt, aber nichts für Sparfüchse.

There is nothing I did not like about this resort. It sits in the perfect location, minutes away from the airport, with a smooth sail across the ocean. I loved that the beach is private, so no bother from anyone selling products. I met a lot of friendly hotel staff who went above and beyond, Heikalani being one if them. I absolutely loved my villa. The property itself is stunning and amazing. Our room was also quite spectacular. We had some issues getting checked into our room in a timely manner. The staff completely mismanaged our check-in. We sat out in the incredible heat for 6.5 hours waiting for our room to be ready. When our room was finally ready, instead of helping the folks that had been baked in the heat for the entire day, they check-in the people fresh off the ferry boat.

Le Bora Bora is not just a hotel; it's an experience. From the moment you step off the boat at the airport, the staff greets you warmly, and their friendliness feels genuine. The overwater cabins are nicely done, and while some show signs of wear, ours seemed newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. Inside, everything is top-notch. During our stay, there were a few small service mishaps at the restaurants, like forgotten plates or mixed-up orders. However, the staff's friendliness made up for these errors easily. I'd rather have friendly service with a few mistakes than perfect service with no warmth. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth it compared to slightly cheaper options like Hilton Moorea, where we also stayed. The difference in experience is clear, making Le Bora Bora a solid choice. Overall, it's a five-star experience, and I'd definitely come back for another memorable stay.

The setting for the resort is absolutely stunning. We were engaged there 20 years ago and returned to celebrate our 20-year anniversary and could not be more pleased with our return visit with our 14-year-old daughter. The resort is even better than before. The accommodations and grounds are impeccable. What makes the resort so amazing is the staff that makes you feel like family as soon as you step off the boat from the airport. There is plenty to do there or you can do nothing at all but sip a cool drink and enjoy the unparalleled scenery. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed at the resort for 7 days the first week of March. Amazing property, great staff, very clean. Beach area is perfect and water is so clear and warm. Plenty of loungers. Food options are fine for a shorter stay but somewhat limited for a longer stay. Property is isolated and need the hotel shuttle to access the mainland which is also the case for all the other higher end hotels.
