The indoor open floor plan creates a fresh and bright ambiance with high ceilings and giant glass sliders that flood the home with natural lighting. The space is professionally and immaculately decorated and with breathtaking and unobstructed 180 degree views of the pool and the bay. Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage!
Das Haus ist wunderschön am Wasser gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig, täglich sieht man verschiedene Tiere (ja, auch Delphine haben wir vom Dock aus gesehen!) Julie ist mehr als zuvorkommend und immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns wundwrbar erholt!

This is real Florida!
We found the house, the big garden and the pool in a perfect and clean state, even cared with dedication. We liked very much the ambiance in the house (comfortable and in all aspects completely equipped), the open and full day sunny pool/lanai area with a covered lounge and eating section, the garden with the landing stage and the wonderful and large view over the Little Hickory Bay towards the Sunsets. We realized as well, that the villa is situated in a very calm environment, day and night. The shopping area as well as the Bonita Beach, both in 5 min car distance are two other highlights. With our long experience as holiday guests in the area of Naples and Bonita we can say, that this villa is one of the most comfortable in the Region. We will come back. Wir haben das Haus, den Lanai-Bereich und das grosse Schwimmbad in sehr sauberem und mit Liebe und Hingabe gepflegtem Zustand angetroffen. Die Ambiance im Haus (in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend ausgerüstet), der offene und ganztägig besonnte Pool Bereich mit gedeckter Lounge und Essgelegenheit, der weite Garten mit Bootssteg und die wunderschöne und breite Sicht auf den Little Hickory Bay Richtung Sonnenuntergang haben uns sehr gefallen. Darüber hinaus haben wir festgestellt, dass die Villa Tag und Nacht in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier liegt. Die Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Bonita Beach, beide in fünf Autominuten erreichbar sind weitere Höhepunkte. Mit unserer langjährigen Erfahrung als Feriengäste in der Region Naples und Bonita Springs können wir sagen, dass diese Villa in dieser Gegend eine der komfortabelsten ist. Wir kommen wieder. Nous avons rencontré la maison, le grand jardin et la piscine dans des états exceptionnelles propres et bien soigner même avec passion et aiment. L'ambiance de l'intérieure (en toutes aspectes excellent équipé) et de l'extérieur, la propriété très ouverte et ensoleillée, la zone ensemble fauteuils (lounge) et table à manger extérieure couverte et spécialement la très belle et large vue sur le Little Hickory Bay nous a plus vraiment. En plus nous avons fait l'expérience que la villa est située dans un quartier extrêmement calme, jour et nuit. Des possibilités de shoping et la plage de Bonite Springs, les deux en 5 minutes par voiture sont des points culminants additionnels. Amazing!
I cannot say enough about this place. We loved everything about it. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and every room had a water view! We loved the location and neighborhood. It was peaceful and close to everything. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach. The pool and spa were wonderful, we were in them almost every night. The house was well stocked, it had everything we needed and more!

Fabulous vacation
The property is beautiful! Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the house. Meticulously clean and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking rather than going out most nights and the well-appointed gorgeous kitchen allowed us to do that comfortably. The outdoor space is stunning! The view of the bay is breathtaking. We enjoyed eating and spending time by the pool. Fishing poles and bikes are available. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Only a few miles to the beach and 20 minutes to Naples. I highly recommend staying at this house if visiting Bonita Springs.

Second time around
Second time renting this property. Great location to Bonita beach and only 25 minutes from FM beach. Quiet location. Had a few minor issues that owner addressed immediately. We will definitely be back for a third year. Don’t delay in booking.

The house and tranquil setting are simply beautiful. Dolphins could be seen every morning. Close proximity to the beaches and restaurants are a plus. We had to shorten our stay due to a family issue, and Julie was very accomadating. This was our second stay and we will definitely plan a return visit.

Loved our trip!
Everything from start to finish with our vacation was perfect! We looked long and hard for this property…I just knew we would find it! On the water with amazing views! We loved heading into the hot tub at night after a long day of being out and about. Quiet area and a nice light tropical wind while in the pool and hot tub. We even got to witness a lunar eclipse! Julie, the owner, was very quick to respond and accommodating. We are already looking to book again later this year. Highly recommend!

A Long Time Coming
Because of Covid being around, we had changed our arrival date. We were so happy to finally come to Florida. We vacation in this area often, renting a house each time. This house did not disappoint. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were in the sun all afternoon. The house was lovely inside and Julie, the owner was just a call away if we had a question. There were plenty of towels and linens. The only suggestion I have is that the interior of the house really needs a coat of paint. I would definitely recommend this house, and I would surely stay here again!

Excellent Home and Owner!
This is a wonderful and well equipped house. We spent Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent being close to the beach and to shopping. The impressive view from all of the bedrooms and living room is the large pool and beautiful waters of Little Hickory Bay. The kitchen is large and has everything needed for cooking. The living room is also very large with a two story ceiling, light and airy, with plenty of comfortable furniture, a TV and a stereo. The master bedroom is especially large with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The outdoor space by the pool is entirely enclosed with screens and the jacuzzi spa was plenty hot and very relaxing. The entire property is very well kept and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed staying here and all of us felt it was a special treat. Highly recommended!

Great property!
My only complain was that the hot tub and the pool heater were so hard to figure out. We used it the first night and the next two nights it didn’t work, which was disappointing. The toilet paper was paper thin and there wasn’t one extra roll anywhere. So, pack a roll. Oh and pack a bar of soap. No soap there either. But the house is nice and the location is great!
