Also,das hotel anlage sind sehr gross,eigene strand ,pool , abwechslungsreiche und leckere essen,wir haben ein bungalow gehabt,gross genug,wenn wir was brauchen oder nicht gefallt sofort wurde gemacht..Das hotel hat eigene Starbucks caffee,kostenlose am pool..Das konzert mit Fatih Erkoc war uberragend..wir haben 7 tage gebucht...dieses jahr wollen wir wieder hin ,und 17 tagen nochmal gebucht...

The hotel is excellent , very big, has everything in it with amazing views, we liked the village rooms and the walking around, and the working staff were nice. The food is very good, although almost same menu everyday with no variety. Since i suffer from some food allergies, i had some issues with it, even though the food at the hotel labeled with allergy signs, not everything was labeled correctly and clearly, and the staff didn’t always know how to help or answer me.

Hotelli mainostaa itseään 5 tähden hotellina, mutta sanoisin että se on lähellä 3 tähteä. Kun menimme huoneeseemme, olimme toivoneet kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä, mutta saimme parisängyn. Huoneen tv:ssä luki jonkun muun asiakkaan nimi, mistä valitimme hotelliin ja sanoivat että se on tekninen vika. Tämä rikkoo gdpr - lakia. Kysyin näkyykö minun nimeni jonkun muun huoneessa, niin ei kuulemma,koska nimeni ei ole systeemissä, miten sitten toisen asiakkaan nimi oli? Emme saaneet hotellilta edes pahoitteluita tästä tai mitään hyvitystä. Meille tuli yllätyksenä vaikka hotelli mainostaa itseään ultra all inclusive - konseptina, että vain ala carte ravintolat - kuuluvat 1 ravintola / per joka neljäs yö. Eli olimme viikon ja saimme mennä vain yhden kerran ala carte ravintolaan syömään. Buffet lounas ja illallinen oli melko samaa koko viikon ajan. Tästä ei ole mitään mainintaa heidän nettisivuillaan. Huoneet olivat vanhanaikaisia, kaipaavat uudistusta. WC & suihkutilat huonossa kunnossa, suihkuverhot haisivat kauheilta ja kylpyhuone tulvi aina suihkun jälkeen. Vesihana vuoti ja hiustenkuivaaja haisi palaneelta. Huoneiden siivous toteutettiin pikatyyliin, saimme allergiaa kokolattiamatosta ja huoneen siivouksen kanssa oltiin huolimattomia muutenkin. Lakanat olivat kulahtaneita ja oli inhottavaa nukkua nyplääntyneissä lakanoissa. Myös uima-altaan pyyhkeet usein likaisia ja loppu. Huoneiden ilmastointi sammuu automaattisesti, jos avaat parvekkeen oven, tästäkään ei sanottu meille mitään.

The location of the resort is great and the staff are welcoming. However, the buildings are tacky and the interior is old. The service is very poor. Although I stayed in the grand suit, the bath was leaking and it hasn’t been fixed until I left the resort, despite complaining. The buffet needs more improvement in terms of the variety of meals and quality. If those are improved, the resort would be the best, given its great location and welcoming staff.

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei dem Hotel verbracht und ca. 110 Euro Pro Nacht bezahlt, das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne mehr und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels ist sehr gut, deshalb gebe ich dieses Hotel 5 Sternen, Das Essen war Ok, allerdings könnte noch besser sein.

La struttura ed i servizi considerato il prezzo possono valere la visita, purtroppo ospita più gente di quanto possa contenere rendendo gli ambienti inefficienti (pavimento piscina durante il giorno sempre sporco e scivoloso/ asciugamani che tengono il posto al mare ed in piscina e lettini introvabili/ code al buffet ed ai bar). Il personale è cordiale ed efficiente ma gli spazi comuni sono piccoli rispetto al numero di stanze. Spiaggia molto piccola.

This properly is located on a beautiful beach. Although we did not mind, there's a lot of distance between the villages and the main building (which has the restaurants, cafes, etc.) Get ready to walk A LOT. The food was horrible. They didn't have a lot of variety, and the quality of the food were poor. My fiance and I got food poisoning. When they took us to their private clinic (we were forced to pay 645 Euros), they falsified the facts on the paper to make the hotel look good. Instead of claiming the illness was due to food poisoning, they wrote heat stroke (accuracy is important when claiming insurance in the US). They prescribed us antibiotics, you do not need antibiotics for heat stroke. They treated us poorly. We had to tell the clinic to wear gloves when withdrawing blood. They did not care about my fiance's wellbeing. Similarly at the hotel's nurse, they used a phone's flashlight to check his throat. Very unprofessional and lack of integrity of both the clinic and the nurse of the hotel. The room wasn't being cleaned properly. They left the bathrooms dirty (not disinfected). We tried changing the hotels, however due to time differences/complications by Expedia, we could not change hotels. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. There are nicer hotels nearby. Since this is a 5-star hotel we completely had different expectations but they failed us miserably. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. However the management needs to change immediately.

You can easily access these details at the booking process. We do serve different types of menus and contents to our guests at the main buffet restaurant. But as you would appreciate, every person has own palatal delight and sometimes we can not meet the expectations for the mouth-pleasing of each. We do always getting the positive feedbacks about the main restaurant menus from our guests. You will appreciate that in the cases of poisoning you claim, food does not affect a single person. We hosted 1000 people every day during your stay dates and we did not receive any complaints about food poisoning except you. I would also like to state that we work meticulously without compromising our quality principles that we observe in the products and services we offer to our guests. As you mentioned, it is obvious in your comments that there is no poisoning case, such a diagnosis was not made even in the doctor's report. Our nurse office located in our hotel serves as a third party. The nurse staff gives you detailed information and gets your approval before all the procedures you will have. They cannot refer you to the clinic without your confirmation. Our room cleanings are done routinely, if you had a special request, we could gladly help you if you’d been adressed it with the Guest Relations team while you were here. Que des problèmes pour le nettoyage. Trop de monde dans l’hôtel pas moyen de trouver une place pour se coucher et profiter de la piscine. Aucune discipline et politesse des travailleurs. La nourriture est presque toujours le meme et le coin pâtisserie n’a plus rien en stock à 17h00 malgré qu’il doit fermer à 18h00 (la réponse du travailleur est je ne sais rien faire ils ont tout mangé). Mme Sevcan qui s’occupe de gérer l’équipe du nettoyage, elle nous a promis de nettoyer à nouveau la chambre mais aucune tache n’a été effectuée. Apres avoir parler un chef le lendemain ils ont fais le nécessaire juste avant notre dernière nuit. Horrible comme expérience je regrette énormément.

En beğendiğim kısmı personel oldu. Check in esnasında biraz sıkıntı yaşasak da hep kibar davrandılar; en üst çalışandan en altına kadar herkes kibardı. Akşamları düzenlenen eğlenceler gayet iyiydi, hoş vakit geçirdik.

Bahar and Yacoub in the reception were very welcoming and helpful whenever you have a request or any questions they will gladly help you. Also Uzgul always left our room spotless clean and was extremely friendly she always greeted us with a beautiful smile. The bartenders are very professional and made very delicious cocktails, if you’re looking for something new order “ Special cocktail” each bartender has a special blend; note that the cocktails are light so if you want more alcohol just ask for it, I’d like to thank Siren and Seda for their great service in the pool bar. The food is extremely delicious there are various meals and snacks throughout the day by the pool and the beach( snacks such as waffles,icecreams,burgers,fries… are from 12-5pm ) and for coffee lovers there is Starbucks for free by the pool but it closes at 5pm. There are lots of activities by the pool everyday, you can order shisha for 170-240tl and popcorn for 50tl and the pool bar is opened until 12am. Overall our whole stay felt like paradise and we’re definitely coming back next year.

Cadre idyllique pour notre voyage de noces. Tous services 5 étoiles disponibles. Hotel propre, calme, chambre reposante avec bacon et vue mer montagne. Personnel agréable réactif et au petit soin. Buffets variés plage horaire large. Plusieurs cafés bars dispatcher sur tout l’hôtel y compris Starbucks. Un bar ouvert 24/24h. Coin plage très agréable avec café et snack en bord de mer. Animation nocturne en bord de piscine. Activité physique yoga et fléchettes.
