Positiv: Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön. Sehr gross. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ca. 25min. Das Meer/ der Strand ist sehr schön, sehr sauber. Am Strand wird regelmässig nachgefragt ob man etwas zum trinken will, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wird dann auch serviert. Auch wird geschaut, dass man ein Platz am Strand mit Liegestuhl hat. Es hat versch. Restaurants zum Essen, war wirklich gut. Das Buffet: grosse Auswahl. Negativ: Nicht alle vom Personal können gut englisch, war teilweise schwierig zu kommunizieren oder verstanden dich falsch. Die Sauberkeit war leider etwas mangelnd. Das Geschirr beim Essen teilweise verschmutzt. Die Zimmer selber waren nicht sehr sauber, WC verschmutzt. Der Zimmerservice: es fehlte immer etwas, mal die Fussmatte, die Pantoffeln wurde nach einmaligem Gebrauch entsorgt und nicht wieder zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt und haben es genossen.

Super Service und sehr sehr Kinderfreundlich. Es gibt Starbuck‘s Kaffee im Poolbereich der einen gewissen Standard hat und ganz gut schmeckt, an allen anderen Orten bekommt man jedoch nur einen eher schlechten Automatenkaffee, daher am besten einen türkischen Kaffee bestellen. Getränke werden von zwei sehr netten Damen auf Rollerblades gebracht, einfach nur Spitze.

Hotel is smth out of this world: amazing territory, style of the rooms, food… It’s tte best hotel we stayed in. Food: main restaurant has so many food options, it’s impossible to try all. And every time the chef welcomes you at the entrance.. Rooms: we stayed in deluxe rooms - we had jacuzzi, access to the swimming pool. The rooms are huge, you have your own walk-in wardrobe, very comfy bed. Although they are a bit dated. Territory of the hotel: is beyond everything I’ve seen. Foundations everywhere. Many electric buggies for those who cannot walk. We had photo session with the professional photographer from the hotel - super nice photos, very happy. We also had a couple of medical incidents. 🙈 so we had a chance to meet the local doctor, who was super helpful and organised a special car from the private hospital they work with. Everything was seamless. Especial thanks to Adile - the lady was assigned to our help, and was helping us with literally everything. In this hotel, when you check in, you are welcomed by a member of staff who speaks your mother tongue. Then during your whole stay you can ask any questions via WhatsApp. It’s super convenient. Adile was assigned to our group. She welcomed us at the vestibule, offered drinks on comfy sofas, took our passports and checked-us in while we were having coffee! Level of service is just brilliant. We then had some questions about cleaning, etc, and they were addressed through WhatsApp immediately (max within 10’).

Nice Hotel, but don´t spend additiona Money there
The hotel and staff is very nice. However, we had unfortunate experiences with Add-ons. The prices are never final and are different for everyone. Maybe it´s the Turkish way of doing business. But we´ve been ripped off many times. Especially with SPA Services. I would recommend not buy any extras at the Hotel, so you don't have to deal with this. The Hotel doesn't accept AMEX, which never happened to me before at a 5-Star Hotel. And wasn't anywhere communicated before.

Beautiful hotel, looks very pompous. There is food for every taste, we didn’t notice any oysters, but there is grilled fish and meat. We stayed in a Deluxe room in front of the pool on the second floor, a huge plus of this room is of course the view from the window, right from the bed, you wake up with a beautiful view. These rooms are located higher and have a magnificent view. The only thing missing was a partition on the balcony between the rooms so as not to visually interfere with the neighbors. The beach is not bad, plus there are 2 piers and houses. The sunbeds on the beach and the main pier are simple, without mattresses, as if from an Ikea store. For a hotel of this level this looks very strange. Imported alcohol - Martel, Hennessy, Black Label, Chivas, Russian Standard vodka, etc. Upon arrival, you are added to the group in the messenger for prompt resolution of problems, this is convenient. Electric cars take you to the beach and back, but it’s also not far on foot. Overall I liked the hotel 8 out of 10.

Food , cleanliness and stuff was not bad , but in compare with my experience in other 5 star hotel in turkey was not good , literally we had to change our room first night , because was very unclean and many insects inside the bed ,, in the other hand Bodrum is nice city and have good view

For being a 5-property, the level of customer service is severely lacking. We had a couple of issues, one being cleanliness and the other being customer service. From the day we checked into our room, there was a tissue crumpled up underneath the night stand that did not belong to us. Housekeeping was informed at least 5 times and it didn’t end up being picked up until the night before we were checking out. Not only that but that there was a slip up on the hotels part that they weren’t able to rectify. Forty-five minutes of going around in circles and the response we got was “I promise we will do something for you” to which nothing ever came of. For the short amount of time we were there, we spent most of it dealing with issues and going back and forth. A complete and utter headache. For anyone thinking they’re booking a 5 star property, you’re sadly mistaken. Not only that, the wifi connection was horrendous. Forget trying to do any sort of work. Think twice before booking this one, there are tons of other properties to choose from.

Just spent our anniversary at this great resort in Bodrum, Turkey. The over the top decor, chandeliers statues and fountains certainly give it a Caesar’s Palace vibe which we grew to like. The room was comfy with a huge shower and a balcony with a sea view. I think most of the rooms have a great view. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived we gave them our WhatsApp number and could send and receive requests via our phones. Great WiFi service all over the resort even on the beach. Daily activities included Yoga / Arial Yoga with Sahra @sahrabrn which was a great experience with an amazing teacher. We visited in October and so at the end of the season and so the resort was fairly quiet but the hotel always laid on an impressively decorated buffet in the main restaurant with some different dishes each day. We also tried the poolside snack bar, the a la carte Italian and Lebanese restaurants which were all good. The Patisserie had some lovely deserts available all day. We also enjoyed the hamam / spa again all top quality with very friendly staff. Would love to visit again.
