In our 10 years of receiving countless International Awards and Acclaim serving Thousands of delighted Guests, hosting you was a uniquely unpleasant experiece. We tried our utmost to make your stay comfortable as we do with all of our most valued guests and even asked you to tell us what we could do to make your stay a 10/10 (1) Although only allocated 1 parking you and your partner arrived with 2 cars and took up the space of 3 (2) You carelessly dislodged 3 mosaic tiles from the swimming pool's infinity edge (3) You were caught redhanded using our PRIVATE kitchen despite the notices in Spanish and English forbidding this (especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic), burnt our pot and half-washed plates with hand soap and replaced them wet in the cupboards which we thereafter had to disinfect (4) You continually ran the Air-Conditioning with the windows open and despite our polite requests at checking-in explaining why we were an ECO LODGE (5) You phoned us after hours to open the unlocked driveway gate and expected us to get out of bed to open and close it behind you (6) At your second breakfasting (instead of stepping away) we and the other guests had to contend with your long and loud cellphone call which disturbed the tranquility (7) The bedroom and bathroom were left in an atrocious condition on your departure - your behaviour deserves 0 out of 10 and you easily made it into our Top 5 of worst guests ever
