It was everything okay. It is only the breakfast. I prefer black tea an ham and cheese for breakfast. And there was no choise for it to get something salty.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Lage durch Baustelle nicht optimal. Sehr einfache Unterbringung, alles sehr abgenutzt. Rezeption überfordert- zu wenig Personal. Keycard funktionierte nicht - nicht nur bei mir- es waren ständig Gäste an der Rezeption um die Keycard neu zu laden. Lampen am Bett funktionieren nicht. Wenig Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen in der Gegend. Dafür aber einige Speisen und Getränke in der Lobby (Pay). Heißes Wasser und Kaffee gratis (habe ich nicht getestet)

Das schlechteste IBIS bishe!
Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer für Behinderte, d.h. die Dusche im Bad war mit dem Boden eben und das ganze Badezimmer war überschwemmt. Die Nachttischlampen funktionierten nicht und es gab keine Reparatur.

Do not stay at this hotel. The mattress are 2 inches thick. The pillows are very thin. There was dried blood on the floor. The rooms are clearly only sweeped as there was a large clump of dust/hair in the corner of the room. We checked out straight away. Staff lovely and offered refund. Could not fault the lovely, friendly staff but the hotel is horrendous.

The property is well staffed 24hours, my key card did not work as i didnt push it to the side. It was late and I was tired. A key card should be simple to use. The room was very basic as expected but the lack of sockets near the bed mesnt i couldnt charge my phone near me. The noise travelled alot between rooms and there seemed to be many intoxicated people wandering the halls. The elevator smelled of weed as well.

The cards to get into the rooms were consistently problematic requiring multiple trips to the front desk to try rectify them. Quite disappointed considering the price, for the facilities and area I would expect cheaper

It was fine just for the 2 nights I was there but it’s rather rundown, the facilities are lacking but the staff were friendly and helpful, I’d only recommend if you have no other options and you’re staying 1-2 nights

Remember this is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for! Travelled with my husband for one night and only needed a bed for a few hours after our concert finished, great location to venue and train station. Bed was comfortable enough to get a solid six hours sleep before showering and getting an early train home. Would stay again if ever in the area for a concert.

Not worth the money paid for the room. The room was basic, the door locks didn’t work properly so ended up back down at reception 3 times. One to miss I would suggest!

We booked an overnight stay as we had a concert. It was literally a 2 min walk to the o2 and about a 10 min or less walk to the town centre. It was cheap and cheerful pretty basic but it was really good for us and what we needed it for. Staff were really nice. No complaints from us.

Hotel was affordable and clean! Staff were friendly and helpful, however the key cards to get around the hotel rarely worked and you had to go back to reception to get them fixed. The area around the hotel was good in general, however there were a few occasions where some guests were followed by teenagers and other times where people would be urinating in public right opposite the hotel
