Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Extrem schalldichte Fenster, was dort auch wirklich nötig ist. Direkt gegenüber ein großes Einkaufszentrum, mit einer wunderbar sortierten Lebensmittelabteilung im siebten Stock. Die Lage ist so zentral, dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr professionell. Einziges Manko: Im Frühstücksraum hat es nur einen Kaffeevollautomaten, der für jede Tasse 1 Minute braucht . gelegentlich muss man 5-7 Minuten anstehen, bevor man zu seiner Tasse Kaffee kommt. Allerdings stand in meinem Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine mit vier Pads… Das hat geholfen! Ich empfehle in jedem Fall, eine Junior Suite zu nehmen. Sie hat einen kleinen Balkon und ist sehr schön möbliert.

Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadtmitte. Fußläufig ist vieles leicht und schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend, leider jedoch ohne Abwechslung in den Speisen. Wenn man nur 1 -2 Nächte bleibt, ist dies sicherlich genug.

Prima hotel in een goede, nette buurt. Het ligt net tussen het oude en nieuwe gedeelte van Bilbao waardoor alles op loopafstand ligt (als je goed te been bent). Kamers zijn groot genoeg en alles is schoon, de faciliteiten zijn goed. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt maar hebben ontbeten bij de bakkerijtjes in de omgeving. Luxe winkelstraat om de hoek.

Great location. Well, every place is close, but it is far enough away from the bars to get some rest. The room is clean and efficient. My wife and I felt very safe. There are electric locks from the street to the pension (hotel) main entrance to the room door, all opened with the provided to key. The bed is comfortable and bathroom small but clean with good shower. I would come again.

En hotel de 4* no puede tener un recepción por la noche un cartel a 1metro de las instrucciones de entrar en el hotel y menos a la recepcionista de anoche(una señorita rubia)con muy malos modales.Le llamamos 3veces porque no entendiamos las instrucciones y pensábamos que había que entrar por la puerta que hay pasado el hotel a mano derecha y nos contento muy mal que nos estaba abriendo la puerta,claro la principal que hasta que no te pones delante no se abre.Mal las instrucciones y peor la recepcionista.Por lo demás el hotel bien.

The visit to San Sebastián was lovely with lots of walking. After a long day it was such a pleasure to go back to the room. The room was confortable and clean. Breakfast was nice enough. More than enough protein and carb options. Very generous options for gluten free. Just be sure to let them know your gluten free the day before. The hotel and staff were wonderful

Room facing courtyard was very quiet, but also very dark. Hotel located perfect for the central experiences of the city. I did not hear noise from train station or the busy streets around despite being so close to it.

Great welcome from Jon. Ideal location for walking to the Guggenheim and the old town. 15 mins in a cab from the airport. Everything we wanted. Will definitely return the next time we come to Bilbao!

Buena estancia en el centro de Bilbao.
El hotel está reformado y está en pleno ensanche de Bilbao, pegado al El Corte Inglés, a 10 minutos andando de Moyua y a 10 minutos del casco viejo. El servicio es inmejorable. Los chicos de recepción son maravillosos. El desayuno bastante completo y siempre bien surtido. La única pega en mi opinión fue la cama, que era demasiado blanda para mi gusto. Si vuelvo a Bilbao, seguro que repito.

Surprisingly clean, comfortable and pleasant stay.
A very nice experience, great service and great staff. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others. Location also great, walking distance to anywhere in Bilbao, otherwise there are bus stops nearby, metro station and railway station.
