Hi Frank, Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen hast. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass du in unserem Hotel unzufrieden warst. Da The Hoxton eine englische Hotelkette und Berlin sehr international ist, möchten wir allen die Chance geben, bei uns zu arbeiten und ihr Deutsch verbessern zu können. Wir versuchen jedoch, in jeder Abteilung zu jeder Zeit mindestens eine deutschsprachige Person einzuplanen. Als Deutsche versuche ich selbst alles in meiner Macht stehende, um mit dem Team viel Deutsch zu sprechen, damit jeder seine Deutschkenntnisse schnell verbessern kann. Bei deinem nächsten Aufenthalt solltest du also schon definitiv einige Erfolge sehen. Leider hatten wir während deines Aufenthaltes einen Morgen lang kein warmes Wasser, was uns sehr leid tut und dafür möchten wir uns bei dir entschuldigen. Unsere Haustechnik konnte das Problem jedoch schnellstmöglich beheben. Wir hoffen sehr, dich bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und frag gerne nach mir persönlich, dann finden wir auch definitiv einen Weg, um auf deutsch miteinander zu sprechen. Lass mich gerne wissen, wenn du wieder zu uns kommen möchtest, dann freue ich mich sehr, dir ein Angebot machen zu dürfen. Beste Grüße,
