The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!“

„I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. “
