Hotel for someone who doesn't expect much
Cheap but a little worn out hotel in Bangalore. WiFi doesn't work in the room almost at all. Rooms are basic but not super clean.

The reception staff was not at all helpful. I had booked the hotel with for 2 occupants. And both of us were going to arrive at different times. They did not let me go through. They kept me waiting for couple of hours until the other occupant arrived.

My experience was extremely bad. I stayed there for a week May14-19,2022. - When I checked in, room keys were not out working. Chair in the room was broken. But still that got fixed in a day so would not complain about it. - I bought the Internet package as I Needed to attend few important online calls. Internet Package I bought was for 2 devices. While signing up on the second device, it asked me to register again. I called reception and they told me to go ahead and confirmed that I will not be billed twice. (“This will be adjusted during checkout” is what I was told). -Next two days Internet was not working at all Due to some issue. Every time I called I was told it will get fixed in an hour. I had to take a cab and go to office to attend my calls. - Unfortunately that was not the end. While checking out I was charged for Internet package twice. So I paid for the same package twice which I could not even use as it wasn’t working for two days. - I told them, I had checked with the reception while signing up On 2 devices( package was for 2 devices). - The reception stuff agreed That it doesn’t make sense for the charge to appear twice, but said they can’t do anything about it. They spent 30 minutes calling one manager or the other, And finally I had to pay and leave to catch my flight. It felt like a complete rip off and I will never ever be staying at this property. My suggestion would be stay away from this place and consider other great options available around.

部屋が綺麗そうではあったが、カビが生えていたり、その匂いで快適とは言えなかった。 布団も湿気で心地く寝られなかった。 冬場はヒーターもなく寒いので気をつけてください。 食堂は料理も豊富で楽しめたが、総評してよくはなかった

bathroom area could use vast improvement
Hotel was nice enough, except that the shower and bathroom area was not built to western standards and were not very clean Also, included breakfast was basically veg. Other than eggs, the few meat products that did exist were unappealing.

I faced sone issues at the time of checkin. I booked two superior rooms but they were providing us with one superior and one deluxe room. Upon showing the confirmation they provided us with both superior rooms. Moreover i selected tge paynent option of PAYING AT THE HOTEL but as soon as i checked in the amount was deducted from my credit card. Nit sure weather its the problem with the hotel or the site hotels.com.

A few short falls
The hotel was traditional style which was nice, and it was clean and comfortable. The pricing was good. The were a few frustrations with this hotel: 1) Wifi isn’t free yet its 2018? 2) The staff were pretty misrable for India and pretty unhelpful, had to complain just to get somewhere - shame really 3) The staff don’t even seem to get on, it was a pretty atmosphere 4) The pool was unclean Not really geared up for international tourism.

At the time of booking it was showing Bath Tub option on your site but I was not offered the same at Hotel. So I need to upgrade the room. In Suite room also Hot water was not all the time, Tata Sky was not working properly.

This hotel offered attentive service, however the accommodations were average and they had odd policies. We were a double occupancy room and my husband and I were not glued at the hip because he had to take care of some business while we there. He and I were not given 2 keys that worked. The hotel reported to us that their policy is to only issue one key per room, making things inconvenient for us, I had to stop at the desk to enter my room. The excuse was for safety reasons. Who am I being protected from? It was not safe when the came to my assistance and just opened the door, it seems as though I could have been standing in front of any door, and they would have let me in, I was not asked for ID or verification that it was my room. The room was clean however the accommodations were run down a bit. We did not let the inconveniences of the stay affect our trip, but I don't believe I will stay there in the future.

Nice & Comfortable Stay
Nice & Comfortable stay at this place for 2N/3D; although my booking was for 3N but un-fortunately due to disruptions in spice-jet schedules I have to leave this place at Night instead of next early morning. Break-fast was inclusive in the tariff & was good with lots of stuff & variety to choose. Also had dinner both the nights at Café-lobby level restaurant. Service; Quality; Taste all superb as per the standards of 3* property. Although wifi was free but slow & is only for few hrs / day.

Good location
Ok. Food was good. Good breakfast layout. Curtious staff. Lobby interiors need lot of improvement. Dining air conditioning was under repair, hence was warm. Rooms are small. One thing which dissapointd me the most was the toilets. Very badly done up. Glass doors have no locking system, hence they do not close properly. They should provide lockable main door to the toilet. They should look immediately into redoing the toilets. Rest was ok.not very impressed. Will try other similar tariff/ location hotel next time.

I stayed for 2 days. The rooms are nice n spacious. Very clean. Friendly staff. Prompt service.
