Would I stay at this property again! No. Staff were very friendly and attentive however the hotel needs an upgrade. It is very old, mould in the bathroom, every time we left the room we would have to get our card reactivated. Staff were not keen on us changing room. Had a massage treatment at the spa and it was the worse I’ve ever had. Dam towel, staff talking, mobile ringing, staff in and out of room and technique was terrible. Hotel has potential however some money needs to be spent on it.

The best location in the city. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is really friendly. Quality is a little disappointing in terms of washrooms. Food options are limited but the nearby areas are quite rich. Overall I will recommend this hotel if you are visiting the city.

The standard rooms are pathetic to say the least. Claustrophobic and dingy. The club rooms are better, but the cost does not justify. It’s much better to opt for Hyatt or Taj - which are around the same location but worth it.

don't stay this hotel ,you will not even able to let driver find the hotel ,services are super bad ,stay there for more than 3 days no one come to clean .
