I have been to this hotel before and I am disappointed that the standards are not the same in the last 3 years. 1. The staff at the reception seem to be under trained. They give different answers and confuse you. 2. The Expedia booking said that there would be one massage with the package. The reception staff said that this would NOT be available since our booking was for 3 days alone. Didn’t make sense.

Seems a quite property amid the hustle and bustle in Bangalore! Staff was great at check in how ever the dining room staff was the best! Especially pui, she took good care for our 8 day stay there not to mention the chefs to attended to our requirements by actually coming to our table to see if we were ok. Hotel was clean and chic, rooms were good not the best I’ve been in but good enough! Ample amenities and room service was ok and could have been better since food would get cold on its way up to the room. We were initially booked for 5 nights and extended for 3 more making it 8 nights. Over all good stay will come back again.

It’s overall a good Hotel and Brand, how ever the area outside is limited in terms of shopping or restaurants. It’s away from the city hustle. Although the staff were fantastic had issues with the cable channels, door keys not working and periodic electricity blackouts for a few mins as the gender came on right after. Extended my stay for another 3 days at the same property. Breakfast was good and the staff of the dining room were excellent always making sure we were good every time we were there. My reason for staying here again in the future will be the staff.

Its the staff that makes this hotel an absolute stunning place to stay! I had a problem with breakfast service on Day 1 but as soon as the staff (chef, supervisor, waiter) got to know about it they went out of their way to make amends. One of the supervisors even made me the most amazing cappucino (I like it extra strong) I've had. Dinner buffet was one of the best I've ever had! And the room was magnificent with the best view of Bangalore (looking towards the race course) possible!

Incredible service. Right from check-in to check out, I had a very pleasant experience. Extremely courteous staff, very good rooms maintaining good hygiene. I got a higher level room with a view of the race course, which allowed me to witness a beautiful sunrise. The food was great and the breakfast spread was diverse. Will definitely visit the property again.

J'ai passé 10 nuits dans cet hôtel en déplacement pour la préparation du salon Aéronautique Aero India.il est situé a coté s'un grand hippodrome. L'hôtel n'est pas très grand comparé a ses concurrents 5 étoiles mais c'est une construction moderne et confortable bien désignée. la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est tres aimable et toujours au petits soins avec vous, vous etes vraiment tres bien acceuilli. Petit déjeuner principalement indien tres bon.

Checked in at 9:30am with a minimal costing room upgrade and allowed late checkout at 3:30pm the next day. The staff was great and the level or service was topnotch. Also, the free breakfast is an incredible spread and the chefs were able to accommodate my food allergies. I highly recommend staying here.
