Für mich ist das Hotel ideal, da es einen Fußmarsch entfernt vom Büro unseres Agent liegt. Ich habe mehrere Hotels in der Gegend probiert und buche jetzt seit Jahren dort mein Zimmer. Das Restaurant schenk zwar keinen Alkohol aus, aber dafür gibt es genügend Alternativen in näherer Umgebung-Bewegung schadet nicht. Ich lebe zu Hause nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau, brauche es also auch nicht auf Reisen - es soll ok sein. Also wer ein vernünftiges Hotel ohne Sterne-Schnickschnack im Zentrum sucht, macht nicht viel falsch. Einzig das Internet ist nicht der Hit, aber dafür benutze ich meine indische SIM.

gutes brauchbares Hotel ohne TamTam
Ich wohne seit Jahren im Iris. Es ist ein modereres Hotel ohne den übertriebenen Luxus von vielen renomierten Hotels. Trotzdem wohn man nicht echt schlechter. Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann viel in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Für mich ist persönlich noch wichtig, dass unsere Vertretung auch leicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wobei ich früher ein TukTuk genommen habe, wenn ich weiter entfernt gewohn haabe.

Great location and clean and well designed hotel, comfortable beds and fine bathroom. Sad that the swimming pool is not now functional with reconstruction on the roof. Will need to figure out how to get pigeons from landing on the pool deck when the pool is functional.

The worst trip experience!!!
Very bad experience! the worst!!! We book this hotel and paid 2 night, but our flight was canceled and we can not arrive in the first night, in the second night of our arrive, the reception told us our room is not available, we arrive there 11pm in the night, very late, but the hotel told us our room is not possible!!! I think the hotel selled our room to other people, as they think we maybe not come to this hotel, they are not trusty, and not honest! We are angry, and after call and balabala, they give us a room at last, the last room, but not the type we booked, poor room not good!

Modern hotel, centrally locatede
The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to shopping and a short drive to parks and attractions. The room was modern and clean with a nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast (included) was good and varied. Other meals at the restaurant were a little pricey. WiFi was okay and we did not try the pool. The only problem we had was with the "aloofness" of the staff, compared to the extreme warmness we encountered in other hotels in India. Also - we arrived early in the morning and asked to check in early. They said okay, and after an hour wait let us into an available room, never mentioning any charge. Only at check out time did they mention an extra charge, which came as a surprise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great hotel, and a great place to stay.... if there wasn't a night club right next to it, and the hotel has horrible sound deadening. They start blasting music from 6:30am in the morning to 1am at night. Awesome.

Trés bon séjour.
Très bon séjour, arrivé à 2 heure du matin mais tres bien reçu. Le seul hic comme souvent en Inde, l'extérieur de l'hotel n'est pas trés propre. Par contre, l'hotel est trés bien situé, sur Brigade road (pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping).

Best located hotel, but needs better management
Hotel claims so many things and offers little. Irregular hot water, Poor Internet Connectivity, Spa opens till 6 PM but all placards claim up to 8 PM, Pool open till 7 PM only & no attendant at the pool, not even for Towels. It is located at such a prime location but due to non seriousness of management small issues are spoiling the reputation of hotel.
