We really liked the location of this hotel - we stayed for 2 nights before flying internationally. With a pool & location next to the shopping centre, we found there was more to do than some of the hotels closer to the airport. The drive & transport cost were fine. Hotel was very clean, staff very accomodating and we highly recommend including breakfast in your stay, it was very good with Indian breakfast options & plenty for international travellers also.

호텔에 대한 시설 및 보안은 만족 합니다. 다만 욕실 바닦이 대리석 이기에 물기가 있을 경우 미끄러워 안전사고 발생 가능성이 있습니다. 주의가 필요합니다. 장애인 대응 가능 객실의 경우 욕실이 통형태로 모두 뚫려 있어 샤워 진행 시 많은 물이 사방으로 비산이 되며, 이로 인한 미끄러움 때문에 넘어질 우려가 큽니다. 이번 방문 시 안전 사고로 인해 객실 변경을 요청 하였으나 정상적으로 변경이 되지 않는 어려움이 있었습니다. 객실을 바꿔 준다고 하였으나 내부 시스템 오류로 인해 불편함이 조금 있었습니다. 하지만 직원들은 모두 친절하게 대응해 주셨습니다.

The property is exactly as in the pictures online. The reception is grand and very large and feels like walking into a palace. The security at the lobby is very reassuring. The staff speak English which is good and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good for an Indian appetite. The managers and front desk work hard to deal with any issues quickly and promptly. I would recommend staying her just to experience some luxury in Bangalore. Suraj and Anita were extremely helpful.

The property and hotel is grand and beautiful . It is the servics and what I went through is not acceptable. I check in very late , 11:45 pm. Since only in-room dining available, I ordered an Indian scramble egg with toatsted bread and butter. 25 minutes later, I get the order to my room only to find out that the bread and butter are missing. I asked them and it took another 25 minutes and 3 calls to get it to my room. So cold dinner 50 min later. My second day stay was a disaster. No water in my room (March 14, 2023). I called guest services and they said it was being faced by all rooms. I could not freshen up and neither shower to go to work. No apologies, no remedies or anythig from the hotel, at least during my checkout. ON check out I requested them for a cab to the airport. They quoted me Indian Rupees 5000.00. I declined, and took UBER for INR 773.00 to the airport. Overall, terrible service, not courteous at all. I would not recommend nor ever visit this hotel.

Property was good we stayed for a week. Not much to do around the hotel unless you like malls which is located next door, not much restaurants nearby, rooms were clean and big. My partner keep on getting sinus issues which we realized on the last day was mouldy ac unit and complained on checking out the next morning. Breakfast was ok bit of local anc western mixed, room 625 was located near the gym and had constant noises until late night we were promised a change of rooms but never happened. Would I stay again sure but prefer something closer to the main area.

Easy. Accommodating, Clean, Quiet
Easy check in and out, spa was above average as was brekkie and dinner. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Beds were supportive and the hotel was quiet. Front desk staff were always more than accommodating to address my many requests such as arranging for airport taxis, daily cabs for hire for multiple rooms booked etc... Overall, my thoughts are if in Bangalore this would be a great hotel to stay at.

Though the hotel property is excellent but service is not at par a 5 star hotel. House keeping is poor. Staffs need to be trained. Breakfast spread is good but for longer stay it’s very monotonous. Same stuff every morning. Rooms are very spacious but Maintenence is highly required. Stains on the bathroom floor. You will get things only if you persist. The best part of the hotel is it’s location adjacent to the Gopalan mall

Great room and hotel. Terrible airconditioning
Nice hotel. Large and comfy. Nice buffet options for dinner inclusive plan. Only complant , the AC in the room has been locked at 23 degrees and switches off halfway at night making it warm and very umcomfortable.
