Getting a taxi to the business location or walking there; both is easy and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Best comfort possible. I had dinner at the hotel, and Jyoti most kindly looked after me so I got the best food possible.

The hotel was incredibly dirty and the restaurant staff were pretty useless. e.g at breakfast I asked for a coffee 3 times during 30 minutes at the table and it never arrived so i just left.

5 star prices, -10 star service & quality. Dirty tables at MCafe, dirty plates , reheated food served while ordering under Ala-carte, bad quality food leading stomach trouble. People peeing outside the main entrance , staff clearly untrained, dropping water at the table while serving. In room dining - basmati biryani was served half cooked and wet, rasmalai desert served was bland. the hotel itself is rundown state, acknowledged by rooms director. When i shared my experience, rather than state or explain how this could happen and what they would do to fix it, the GM & Rooms Directors kept saying please stay back and give another chance without any giving any confidence that they could fix it. This is not Marriott!!! not even a hotel.... turned out to be a fancy looking shack

Wonderful stay
The service at this hotel is out of this world, and it is much better than any Marriott in the U.S. Also great food (especially for breakfast). I would highly recommend staying here for business trips as it is close to many of the software companies (like SAP). This hotel sells out quickly, so book sooner rather than later.

Everyone gets treated like a VIP
I travel for business about 50% as I cover Europe and Asia. The service at Marriott Whitefield in Bangalore is one of the best I have experienced. The service standard in India is already high compared to the rest of the world, and Marriott Whitefield tops them all I can honestly say. I have stayed at the Hyatt and Taj Krishna before, also great service, but Marriott Whitefield really makes you feel the VIP treatment. And the breakfast and dinner buffets are also the best I have had. So the relative higher cost to stay at the Marriott Whitefield is totally worth it! Special thanks to manager on duty, Amanda Bowers and the rest of the crew! Great job!

The hotel is in a good area, the rooms are neat and spacious. Lovely vibe. Good food. Service needs improvement. Marriot is a very good hotel so they have gotten to a stage where they feel it is okay to overbook the hotel and then push guests to another hotel and the guest will pleasantly accept because hotel is good. Service could be improved however hotel facilities are really great

The staff at the front desk were very professional and very helpful. Harish in the executive lounge was excellent. Very friendly and after the first day knew what I liked to drink. The restaurant staff for breakfast was also very friendly and professional. The room cleaning staff also did an excellent job of preparing my room every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
