Dias Zimmer stickig, fleckiger Teppich, ungemütlich. Handtücher nur für 2 Personen, trotz Nachfrage keine Handtücher extra bekommen. Badewanne an den Ecken rostig kleine Silberfischchen im Bad. Fühlten uns nicht wohl sehr enttäuscht gewesen , da wir es aus Deutschland anders kennen und wir geschäftlich mit der Kette zusammen arbeiten. Werdennwir aufkeimen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel das zentrumsnah ist. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück hatte eine schöne Auswahl und war geschmacklich gut. Es gibt ein Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke des Hotel. Man erhält hier einen Rabatt über das Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Never ever
I arrived at 2 and asked for check in. Theguy at the counter answered check starts at 3. I said I need to change and need to make a teams call. His answer was you can change in the toilet and the call you can do in the lobby. In the lobby was a TV and it was empty. I asked if the TV volume could be reduced and his reply was it is there for everybody. What an unfriendly feedback and welcome. The room was ok but the overall appearance was not the best.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Einmal gar nicht einmal nur so rasch. Reinigungsmittel stand noch im Bad. Badezimmertüre klemmt und hat bestimmt schon bessere Jahre gesehen. Alles sehr ringhörig.

Das Hotel hatte eine wirklich gute Lage. Fast alles ist zu Fuß in Max. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Buslinien fahren fast vor der Tür ab. Buscentre und Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung verkraften, geht aber noch! Das Hotel war sehr ruhig. Sollten wir noch mal nach Belfast reisen, werden wir dort wieder ein Zimmer buchen!

Zahlung im Hotel für selbst nur ein Getränk nur mit Credit. bzw. Debitkarte möglich (Cash wird nicht akzeptiert). Für Kreditkartenbenutzer aus z.B. Deutschland fallen selbst bei der kleinsten Transaktion z.B. Kauf eines Getränks, zusätzliche Gebühren für Transaktionen im Ausland ab. Bei der Beschreibung von Expedia sollte erwähnt werden. dass Bartransaktionen und auf die Zimmerrechnung schreiben (nur eine Transaktion und damit nur einmalige Auslandsgebühr) und Bezahlung beim Check-Out nicht möglich sind ! Sehr enttäuscht über fehlenden Hinweis und werde voraussichtlich nicht mehr Expedia für Buchungen benutzen !!!

Great location, black cabs meet there at the hotel, taxi in front of the house, near bus station. Bad service: no room cleaning (4 days). No information, that restaurant works only at the week end.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to bus station, city center, City Hall, local pubs, supermarket, transportation. Our initial room was on 1st floor without a good view, front desk staff immediately relocated us when I requested an exterior facing room for our 4 day stay. Would stay here again

Location great. Hotel good, but dont pay over 225. Not a luxury property. Farely quiet when windows closed. Pillow stiff. Toilet handle has to be pumped to flush. Would stay again for location and ok for sleeping. But wanted another night and priced had jumped to 389...NOT worth that price!

Lobby smells of super strong perfume at all times and seems to often have people smoking right outside the automatic doors. Rooms only have instant coffee - no coffee machine or mini fridge and coupon for free coffee from hotel cafe is from a machine. No parking on premise as advertised on Expedia - just a discounted rate nearby but still expensive. Room AC is controlled by the front desk for some rooms? We had three rooms and only two had AC that the room thermometer controlled, the other one they had to call down to the front desk each time, and it auto shuts off the thermometer once the set temperature is reached so some of us were literally sweating in the night when temps climbed again into the 70s Fahrenheit after the AC shut off. Good location though, friendly staff, and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. No top sheets as is common in Ireland.

I booked to stay with my husband and kids and realised it had booked the wrong date we were set to arrive today and I checked confirmation and it appeared to have booked yesterday date when I contacted the manager to explain she was so rude unhelpful and treated me like I purposely booked the wrong date we have been left with no we’re to stay charge full rate of £189 for the stay complete unaccommodating I even have confirmation of the show we are attending to explain this is why I booked Saturday 13th April. Would never stay here or recommended it so unhelpful and tried to make me feel stupid

We had mixed experience at checkin. My wife had a very pleasant experience with someone who was very thorough and good at explaining. I had a poor experience with a different member of staff (not a one off as the person in front of me basically got a shrug of the shoulders). The parking situation could be explained better with a note in the room or at the entrance but the staff member explained it well. Our room had a few stains on the carpet not the end of the world but it looked a bit tired. Whoever cleaned our room didn’t provide any toilet roll so we had to go hunting for it. likewise, when our room was cleaned, cleaning products were left in tbe bath almost liie the person had been interrupted. breakfast was really good, something for everyone

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spotless (except for trash can in Bathroom had nail polish on Kleenex in it). Very comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet room. Nice breakfast service. The bar/restaurant service was spotty. Table food service was terribly slow. Seemed that bar service was more important than food orders and delivery. Good was good when it did arrive I would stay here again! Great downtown location
