Der Zustand für ein gutes Hotel ist zu schlecht! Abgeschlagenes Lavabo, stinkende Abläufe im Badezimmer! Zimmer auch viel zu eng. Es gibt kaum Platz, den Koffer aufzuklappen!

Hotel executive room good but bathroom very tired and in need of refurbishment. Things need fixing! Breakfast at £17pp expensive considering very poor selections available in pastry section and totally useless toasters!

Property is in the town in a good area to access the town , didn’t eat as room only but was not offered breakfast on arrival. Not happy with cleaning facilities been out all day room not cleaned. Phoned down to be asked if put a card on door to say don’t clean, which we hadn’t as if our fault. Cleaner came to room but not vacuum ed as paper on floor . Bed had not been made as towel had on bed was left under covers. Did speak to front of house manager who apologised on leaving but couldn’t refund as booking through third party. Told to contact him if went again, but don’t know if go again, shame really

The hotel was in a great location right next to the bus station and the staff were rrally friendly and helpful. We arrived early and got checked in just after 12 and our room was upgraded to a room with a bath. Would definitely stay again.

Parking not best as not on site Drop off area at main door had staff vehicles parked and was difficult to drop off the other guests in my car for checking in😡 Staff did help after trying to move us on first but after explaining I was dropping off guests they backed down and helped with baggage

Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean hotel with a lot of history. Reasonable price for 3 nights.Effective lift system (choose the floor on a pad which advises lift A,B or C before you get in) . Very comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning but had to ask cleaner to clean sticky floor when we arrived and provide towels. Large rooms. Excellent city view from 11th floor at the front. Bus station at the rear and plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants nearby. A bit dangerous when leaving at the front doors as taxis drive very close to the entrance. We would stay again if travel to Belfast.

Overall it as ok place. Big missing point no gym, and guests have to pay to go workout at the gym close by. We did not like following items: Safe box was broken it took me few calls to staff in order to get it fixed, window handle was broken and it was hard to open it or close. We did not like huge red stain on the carpet. Everything else was fine. Location is great!

Absolutely beautiful hotel on the inside, staff are amazing but on the outside it was very dirty, homeless people and students drinking. Not the hotels fault but the area has came down over the years.

Well, what can I say? On arrival, the staff was lovely. They gave me a free upgrade (therein lies the problem). The room and bed were large and nice. I was awoken by a horrendous banging sound. 😱 It was obviously not coming from a room. I called the reception at 01:30. They came to my door and asked if I had an issue. I replied, "Yes, can't you hear that?" They responded, "Oh yes, we have a damaged window that we can't fix. But we can move you." It was 01:35 AM. They offered to get me a robe. My days off walking around hotels half naked are well gone. Since I was staying for two nights, they offered to move me the following morning after I asked. There was no mention of the issue during checkout. It really spoiled the experience because there were many other good points. #hotelfail #travelnightmare #neveragain

Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft
Not impressed at all, very poor for Belfast's so be flagship hotel. Room badly designed, kettle left in area without ability to plug in, thus done either at side of bed or table by window (not such a great idea carrying hot water around a small room). Window all around bathroom, with no ability to completely block off! Myself and my partner laughed at this, what designer thought this was a smart move, absolutely ridiculous - we both jested on the thought of a new couple staying there 😂 Brass covering around shower hose coming off, cealent around door fittings coming away - small amount of shower gel/shampoo to use (miserable). Then the offering of coffee, literally 2 sachets of Nescafé (yeah Nescafé, nothing says quality like it!!!) And 4 miserable uht milk pods. I stay at a lot of hotels with my job, and in my honest opinion cheaper lesser starred hotels are doing it way better. On checkout not even asked how was my stay - probably lucky they didn't ask.... Poor, poor, poor

Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
As always Europa staff never ask if you had a good stay or any issues. Surely that is the least someone should be trained in within supposed hospitality industry. Room seemed clean but toiletries, toilet role not checked and missing. Clock radio didn’t even have a cable to plug in. Little things but very different to the old days.
