I am sorry that you were unhappy about not having a hair dryer or safe in the room, being a budget hotel unfortunately we can not accommodate everything in the rooms. If you do stay again just ask reception and we can always lend you a hairdryer and if you need anything stored safely we have a safe behind reception. I hop we will see you again soon! If the room is ready earlier than the regular check-in time, we do charge an extra 10, as the guests are checking-in earlier. However, we can hold your luggage for free until check-in time. I am sorry to hear that you had problem with your shower. However, we do have maintenance at the hotel, just let us our reception staff know and we can send one our team to take a look and fix it, our change rooms if necessary.
