We had a problem at the check in which was at 3 a.m but the problem has been solved by friendly duty managers and front office manager next day. Executive Lounge is clean and service personal are friendly. My son loved the pool area with impressive architecture. I recommend the hotel for business and also leisure travelleres!

Central, clean, quiet hotel with big rooms, great!
Very nice, clean hotel with big rooms. I had an amazing view on the fountain. The hotel has a direct connection to a mall with a decent food corner. Generally, the location is central, although there are not as many restaurants nearby as in Hutong area. However, the hotel‘s restaurant ‚Made in China‘ itself is great, tasty Beijing duck :-) The ‚Forbidden City‘ is in walking distance👍

Well situated. You can walk or have a short ride to the forgotten city , tienamen, the hutongs, and the metro line is just next to the hotel. Very good service and very confortable beds. Very nice "tropical" swimming pool

Ich hatte einen Stop-over in Beijing für 3 Tage. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Grand Hyatt Hotel. Auch dieses Hotel hat mich durch seinen Service, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, unkompliziertes Buchen von Touren etc. überzeugt. Es ist ein Hotel mit internationalen Gästen.Schade finde ich, dass Personal in bestimmten Bereichen, wie z.B. Reinigung oder Massage, kein Englisch spricht bzw. Basics in Englisch hat. Kommunikation ging oft nur "über Hände und Füße".

Allein für das Frühstück !!! Wahnisnn !!!
Wo fangen wir an... mmmhhhh... Vielleicht an der Auffahrt: Als der Taxi-Fahrer von der Hauptstraße zwischen zwei Nobel-Boutiquen hoch fuhr dachte ich "Au-Weia" wo geht's jetzt lang. Das nächste was wir sahen war ein wunderschöner Springbrunnen vor dem Hyatt! Das Personal war sehr behilflich beim Aussteigen und Einchecken. Auch das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. In den Zimmern gab es nichts auszusetzen: Beleuchteter geräumiger Schrank mit Self-Service zum Bügeln (praktisch für Geschäftsreisende), eine gut bestückte Mini-Bar und die Möglichkeit sich selbst Tee auf dem Zimmer zu machen, ein geräumiges Bad mit toller Dusche und Badewanne (und europäischer Toilette), sogar an Mineralwasser zum Zähneputzen hatten sie gedacht. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr ansprechend und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Vom Bett aus hatte man die Möglichkeit je nach Bedarf das Licht zu regeln: Volle Beleuchtung des Zimmers, Leselicht oder indirektes Licht, damit man im Dunkeln nicht stolpert. Nur eines sollte ausgetauscht werden: die Batterien von der Fernbedienung. Da wir unseren Sohn auf der Geschäftsreise mit dabei hatten, waren die Umstände etwas anders als sonst. Aber das Personal war bestens darauf eingestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Grand Hyatt übernachten - schon allein wegen dem Frühstück! Da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Und wer die Stadt erkunden will, der ist hier auch goldrichtig: Bis zur Verbotenen Stadt sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter.

hervorragendes Hotel
Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ganz in der Nähe der "Verbotenen Stadt" und dem Platz des himmlischen Friedens. Trotz seiner Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße sehr ruhige Zimmer. Service und Personal sehr freundlich. Trotz der sicherlich nicht preiswerten Zimmer, ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Peking werde ich dort auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

酒店的位置毋庸置疑，对的起这个价格。但设施真的比较老旧，尤其卫生间非常一般，甚至可以说陈旧。而且不到9点酒店里就有非常大的装修噪音了，但这个问题在办理入住的时候工作人员并没有提醒，也没有问我们需不需要停车，全靠自己问。

Enjoyed
The service was wonderful and the staff were polite and attentive. We enjoyed the gym, room service and bar. The only complaint is that the standard king room was small; the mattress itself wasn’t a king bed. Other than that, this is a nice hotel and we would stay again (in a bigger room).
