Parkgebühr unfassbar hoch (40 Pfund pro Tag!) und nur über Valetparking möglich. Öffentliches Parkhaus und Parken in der Nähe war nicht möglich, da alles besetzt war. Das Hotel ist unglaublich hellhörig. Man bekommt zwangsweise die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer in Zimmerlautstärke mit und es entgeht einem auch nichts, was auf dem Flur passiert. Ansonsten ist es aber ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und super Lage, um Bath zu erkunden.

Hi Carolin,Thank you for your feedback, it is most appreciated.I am of course sorry you felt parking in Bath was very expensive, as a World Heritage City as you can imagine the city is most popular and as such parking can be problematic at times, my apologies to you regarding this. I am also further sorry that there appeared to be some noise outside your door, this is not typical of the hotel but I shall investigate the room we selected for you to see if we make any improvements.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel in Bath. Our room was BEAUTIFUL, very clean, adorably decorated, and felt brand new. The staff was lovely, the location was perfect, and it felt like a luxury property in every way. It will be my number one choice whenever I am in Bath.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Apart from that room service was not adequate for that hotel. Asked for house keeping and they didn't even change the towels. No hair dryer in the room. Water are in cans which doesn't feel right. Coffee machine was leaking. While checking out, they forgot to release my deposit which would have been an issue if I didn't remind. For the price that I paid, it could have been much better than this. 2/10

Really lovely property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was lovely, restaurant The Elders was superb. Our bathroom while very nice was showing its age with some of the caulking and the glass shower divider was loose so let some water spill out. Just a bit more attention to detail and the cleaning would have been 5 stars. I would return. Thank you for a lovely stay.
