Komfortabel Hotel. Große Zimmer, sauber, Umgebung interessant mit vielen Restaurants, Kino, Bowling. Leider keine Bushaltestelle gefunden. Immer Taxi benötigt um an die Metro zu kommen.

Guter Service enttäuschende Ausstattung
Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war aber enttäuschend. Keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank, keinen Schrank für die Kleidungsstücke, sondern nur eine Stange mit ca. 10 Bügeln. Dusche fest in der Badewanne installiert, so dass sie nicht abnehmbar war.

relativ kleine Zimmer - also nichts für Reisen, in denen man sich lange im Zimmer aufhält. Sonst OK. Ein klein wenig Stau gab's beim Rush-hour Frühstück.

Recently stayed here for 1 night as was working in the vicinity. Hotel had free parking and modern reception/ bar area. Receptionists were friendly. Rooms were dingy and dated. Location is just off a large complex with cinema, bowling, restaurants etc

Staff were very friendly and fantastic but they took a £50 deposit off my card which I still have not got back also the tv was very quiet and there was banging in the pipes all night But can’t fault the staff or facilities

Good morning Dean,Thank you so much for the lovely comment regarding the Team-They are great, aren't they!The pre-auth of 50 was released upon check out but may take up to 3 working days for your bank to process their end. It does state on the registration card that you signed that this is standard practice but they guys should also explain this so that you are aware. The TV's do have a sound limiter on them so that neighbouring guests are not disturbed. This can be altered but only if the resident guest has hearing issues. I have investigated and although it is very unfortunate that due to the structure of our building the breakfast room is not accessible it was explained that we could set up a table and the whole table would be served together so that of course your party can all eat together. We do not like the fact that it is impossible for us to have a lift fitted but we do ensure that all parties can still eat together and this is always explained fully. Great stay… but parking payment was cheeky
The stay was superb…can’t fault the hotel or service! However to pay for parking as a paying guest was very cheeky … not good!

I could not fault the hotel for their service. Also their food was amazing. The room was fabulous, only fault was hair dryer did not reach the mirrors. Also paying for parking we did not knownto see reception first before paying for parking. We would definitely be back and book again!

Nice comfy hotel with great staff - in a very pleasing setting with Lake etc. Our second visit!! Breakfast foods great and such a variety = really sets you up for the day!!

The staff were professional and , so helpful. We only had one complaint in the breakfast room railway workers were allowed in with their very dirty , greasy overalls on, this was more of a cleaning issue, they could have made the chairs dirty for other guests

Arrived around 3pm checked in and given room key when we got to room cleaning was still in progress reception did allocate another room but all in all very disappointed this happened
