Während des Aufenthalts sorgen wir dafür, dass alle Zimmer sauber bleiben, wir machen die Betten und stellen täglich frische Handtücher zur Verfügung. Du warst nur eine Nacht bei uns.Alle unsere Badezimmer sind in gutem Zustand. Wenn Ihnen die Tür nicht gefällt, ist das eine Sache. Darüber hinaus werden alle Informationen über das Zimmer im Internet veröffentlicht, damit jeder sie vor der Reservierung sehen kann, wie z. Zimmergröße, Badezimmer, Ausstattung, Dienstleistungen, Preis usw.Wir empfehlen Ihnen, das nächste Mal alle Informationen/Bedingungen/Serviceleistungen (z. B. Einweg-Hotelpantoffeln) zu lesen, bevor Sie eine Reservierung vornehmen, oder die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, damit Sie alles genießen können, was Sie sich wünschen, und sich nicht darüber beschweren müssen.Bezüglich des Aufzugs haben wir bereits erwähnt, dass wir kein Hotel sind, der Aufzug also zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung im Gebäude dient und es leider ein technisches Problem gab, das am nächsten Tag behoben wurde.Wir entschuldigen uns noch einmal dafür, dass Sie dieses Gefühl hatten und es nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

The control panel is on the wall, just as you enter the room, on the right, before the bathroom door, and just next to it, there’s a QR that’s called “All you need to know” with all the information guests need to know, including the thermostat’s instructions.Best regards

We are aware of the problem of finding the place, but due to City Hall rules, we cannot put any large poster or big signs on the building, since it's a historic building. We still hope that one day they'll allow us to put a big sign so that our dear guests can find their way easily and don't have such trouble when it comes to arriving. However, if our guests read the emails we send to all our guests, this problem is avoided.We do our best to inform the guests and try make them understand and respect the rest of other guests and neighbours, but sometimes there are people in the world who don't care about others... Since we are a guesthouse (pension), or rooms are basic, just like they appear in the photos, as well as all the information regarding the room, size, equipment, amenities, price, etc. is published on the web page for all to see, before reserving.

Al estar situados en pleno centro de Barcelona, las habitaciones con balcón y vista a las calle, sufren a veces por el ruído que generan las urbes, y a pesar de que hemos tomado medidas, cómo ventanas de cristal dobles e insonorización entre las habitaciones, si el ruido es excesivo, efectivamente puede causar muchas molestias. También hacemos todo lo posible para informar a los huéspedes de respetar el descanso del resto de huéspedes y vecinos, pero a veces hay personas en el mundo que no les importa molestar a los demás.Muchas gracias de nuevo, y reciba un cordial saludo

We are very surprised that you of all people left such a bad rating for us. During your stay we had no complains from you and we though that everything was going well... We even made the exception for you to leave the luggage here for free, even though we don't offer this service to anyone, and above all it's not a free service, it has a cost of 5 per luggage and per day...
