Schön gelegenes Stadthotel
Hervorragende Lage, tolles Zimmer, schöner View, und auch das kostenlose, tägliche Auffüllen der Getränke empfanden wir sehr positiv. Frühstücksauswahl ist gut, allerdings ist der Frühstücksbereich viel zu klein und eher weniger gemütlich. Service hat Luft nach oben, u.a. auch aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber 5-Sterne eher fraglich

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit 40% Spezialangebot, da das Hotel doch schon älter ist und nebenan eine grosse Baustelle ist. Grosszügige Zimmer, Pool schön, vor allem mit viel Schattenmöglichkeiten. Service, Freundlichkeit des Personals top. Lage super, mehrere grosse Shoppincenter innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Seit Jahren ist dieses Hotel eines meiner liebsten. Mein Zimmer war sehr geraeumig, hell und sauber und ich habe mich aeusserst wohl gefuehlt und werde sehr gern immer wiederkommen. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Arun Restaurant ist sehr gut. Am besten gefaellt mir: 1.) Die Kueche hat eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion; 2.) Meine Suite hatte zum Glueck keine Teppiche oder Gardinen, sondern dafuer wunderschoene Holz-Jalousien; 3.) Das Badezimmer verfuegte ueber eine moderne Toilette mit Bidet- und Hygienefunktion, was ich sehr mag; 4.) Der Pool war herrlich leer und immer schoen leise und wirklich angenehm temperiert. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Der Wasserdruck bzw. Heiss-/Kaltwasser-Justierung an der Dusche waren unzureichend. Das Bad koennte heller erleuchtet sein.

Ich habe fantastisch geschlafen und auch sonst ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel immer wieder eine Freude. Verkehrsguenstige Lage (man kommt mit oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos zum Suvarnambhumi Flughafen), nettes Personal, grosszuegige Zimmer ohne viel Kitsch, saubere Badezimmer und nur das, was man wirklich braucht, aber das dann auch wirklich gut. Werde gern wiederkommen!

This hotel has everything you need. Especially the breakfast, they have Asian and European buffet, so many options to choose. The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok, especially if you want to be close to the main shopping malls.

We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities! Highly recommend!

幾點評論供大家參考： 1. 這邊算老五星飯店，所以就是品質會有一定水準，比較不容易遇雷。 2. 迎賓大廳有咖啡機，double chocolate 好好喝。 3. 這間是走泰式傳統風格的感覺，看你喜不喜歡，香味也還算可以。 4. ㄧ晚當時訂3000多，豪華雙人房。 5. 當時check in 花了30分鐘以上，另外當初註記雙床房，也沒有成功，不過後來飯店升級成行政套房，所以給過。 6. 這間的house clean是早上，記得把「請勿打擾」的燈打開。 7. 房內提供水、飲料、零食。 8. 隔音個人覺得蠻不錯的，完全沒被吵到。 9. 位置個人覺得勉強算可以，可以到附近centre world吃飯。

Great location! Down the block from central world mall…. It’s wonderful! So much going on. The hotel it’s efficient… even had a washing machine in the room. Will definitely stay here whenever I go back to Bangkok. Can’t say enough great things about the beautiful hotel and the wonderful location!

酒店在四面佛後面, 交通方便, 可選擇 Ratchadamri Station 或 Chit Lom Station 乘搭 BTS. 徒步前往Centralworld, Siam Paragon, MBK 商場等都十分方便. 商場關門後還可以逛BigC至午夜. 預訂的 Grand Deluxe, 在前台登記入住時被升級至 Executive Suite, 非常驚喜! 房間水壓充足, 熱水夠熱. 唯一不足的地方是洗衣機入水位漏水, 要把洗衣粉抽屜拉出一點才不漏, 洗了一會地上一灘水, 嚇了一跳. 再來曼谷也會考慮再入住.
