Erster Eindruck war gut, aber es kamen immer weitere nicht so gute Eindrücke dazu. Frühstück war begrenzt, zwar ein guter Mix aus traditionellem und Western Style aber nur sehr geringe Auswahl. Qualität war auch eher mittelprächtig. Zimmer schon ein wenig abgewohnt mit baulichen und funktionellen Mängeln. Die Toilettenspülung defekt und die Überkopfbrause war halb verstopft, halb frei. Als Stop Over für den Flug zurück und für den Preis entsprechend OK aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Udon Thani oder Pattaya leider nur letzter Platz.

Leider ungepflegt und dreckig. Überall lagen Haate herum. Im Schrank hingen nasse Bademäntel und Handtücher. Für ein paar Stunden Stopover ok, aber die Ansprüche sollten nicht hoch sein.

Very nice resort, but...
Very nice, very modern resort with a great pool. Close to Suvarnabhumi airport but without airport noise. Free shuttle to the airport but with only eleven seats. On the downside - the resort is in the middle of nowhere, the restaurant closes at 9pm, the shop at 10pm. After that hour no food or drinks is available.

Flughafen Hotel der gehobenen Klasse. Frühstück umfangreich. Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant etwas teuer im Verhältnis zu anderen 4-5* Hotels. Wake up call nicht erfolgreich🙄. Flughafentransfers kostenlos 👍. Gute Adresse für 1-2 Nächte.

Great hotel but not so close to the airport as it is written. It takes around 20 min by car to go to the airport. The hotel is nice. Didn’t had time to spend much time there

Covid-19 cannot be used as the excuse for everything, such as lack of staff, dirty bathrooms, orange colored water instead of fresh orange juice, basically no dinner option because even the main restaurant is closed while being far out of the city.

I had cockroaches in my room, there was a long black hair in the pizza (which we fortunately didn’t have to pay for). The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning couldn't cool it down. The shower was dirty and there was mold clinging to the corners at the bottom. For the money we paid, I expected more...

This hotel offers good value for the price. It's fairly close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. We left at 6am and arrived at the airport within 15 minutes, but it can take longer depending on the time of day, so plan accordingly. The buffet dinner was good and the swim up bar offers cocktails and lunch items. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Just know that the hotel is somewhat isolated with not much around within walking distance. All is all, I can enthusiastically recommend this hotel; we will return soon!

I booked this hotel because we arrived in Bangkok around 11 pm and had to take another fight to Phuket at 7 am. It wasnt that far from the airport . I wished i never booked this place because they gave us a king room on the first floor… it smelled and there was roaches in the room. We found one in the washroom and one in the bedroom. I never felt more disgusted. I made sure to close my suitcase and kept all the lights on as I had no choice because it was late and we travelled for 26 hours and was tired. I definitely wouldnt recommend it at all to anyone. Lobby is nice - staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing else positive to add. Sorry

The price was decent. However, it needs some refreshing. Bathroom smelled musty. Hair from previous guest was in the shower. A/C was not cold enough. When we arrived to our room it was very warm. It never cooled down to where I felt comfortable.

The resort is beautiful. I stayed for only a few hours before catching my flight back home. We wanted somewhere to unwind for a bit, freshen up and use the pool. There’s a 7Eleven about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel for all your essentials. There’s also a street-side food stall along the way to 7Eleven.

I was asked to provide a deposit for room incidentals charges which I put on my Amex non-issue but upon receiving my room key x1 I asked for a second key for my wife and I was then asked for another 200 bath fornthebolastic key extra. I was surprised and asked why the incident deposit was not used to charge me if I did not return the plastic room keys. No answer a smile and a manager said it was ok, no need for extra. Very confusing and never faced this double security deposit! All good but very annoying checking in the process with that last request!

Super affordable and luxurious too! Room was palatial but the air con was very weak, and it was about 37 degrees so the heat crept in quite easily. Not far from the airport - definitely recommend booking the shuttle to and from the airport (for free!). We ventured into Bangkok which was about an hour in the taxi - if you’re up for an adventure get the metro home to the airport and then taxi from there. Food was amazing, and very fresh. Gym was very versatile and cold too - which is a big bonus. Lots of amenities you could get lost.
