Sehr schöne großräumige Hotelzimmer. Der Service war sehr nett und das Essen sehr gut. Viel Auswahl beim frühstück. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man ist schnell überall zu Fuß. Jederzeit wieder!

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Entgegen der bereits vorhandenen Bewertungen, fanden wir das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gebäude ist relativ alt, entsprechend sehen die Badezimmer auch aus. Die Fenster des Hotels wurden wahrscheinlich das letzte Mal vor 5 Jahren geputzt (Bei allen anderen Hochhäusern, wo wir waren, waren die Fenster Sauber - Smog ist also keine Ausrede). Leider lies die Sauberkeit im Zimmer auch zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden war so dreckig, dass sie weißen Socken sofort an den Sohlen braun waren. Im Zimmer gab es überall kleinere Schmuddelecken und im Flur des Hotels stellten die Gäste überall ihr benutztes Geschirr von Roomservice ab. Das Hotel hat sich scheinbar auf Gäste spezialisiert, welche nur kurz bleiben und dann die Aussage tätigen „für eine Nacht reicht es schon“. Das spürt man deutlich.. Wir kommen nichtmehr wieder. Das Hotel hat bereits unser Feedback vor Ort bekommen.

überhaupt nichts zu meckern - im Gegenteil
Schönes Appartement, Lage und Ausstattung und Service - alles passt Der Deutsche ist ja per se unglücklich wenn er nicht meckern kann ... also bin ich sehr unglücklich. Sehr gefreut hat die zwar nicht üppige, aber absolut ausreichend ausgestatte und sehr saubere Küche mit dem großen Kühlschrank, wen man sich nachts noch schnell selber was aufwärmen möchte. Wie in Thailand üblich, ist die Freundlichkeit ausnahmslos aller Mitarbeiter überragend.

Stayed here a couple times recently. The staff is great. Place is a lot cleaner and maintained that other properties in the same cost and class. In an upscale neighborhood with restaurants and more tourists options the other way. Little walk from the blue line but not back. Would stay again in that part of town

The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient.

Great accommodations, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always welcoming, but hard to converse with but always very accommodating. The transportation could be more advertised, so it’s easier for the staff to know about.
