Perfekkte Aussicht aus den whirlpool!
Besser geht es nicht!!! Wunderschöne zimmer mit gasofen, pool und whirlpool auf dem dach mit der besten Aussicht in die Rockies. Riesen bad, ein bequemes bett, ruhig, eine kleine kochnische…alles was man braucht. Das dorf in laufdistanz, einfach nur perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

SUPER - nur der Pool ist überchlord
Das Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage. Es ist sehr gepflegt. Das einzige was zu viel hat, ist der Pool der hat nämlich zuviel Chlor.

Geht als 4 Stern 🌟 Hotel garnicht!
Die Zimmer waren schlecht beheizt, und durch die starken Geräusche der Heizanlage/Klimaanlage kaum zumutbar! Zimmer wurden nur Oberflächlich gereinigt müsste 2 Mal um die Reinigung bitten als wir Abends ca. 16.00 Uhr zurück kamen! Spa und Sauna sehr schmutzig vorallem die Sauna ist in einem desolaten Zustand! (Verdient dass Wort Sap nicht)

The customer service employees were not knowledgeable. There was an issue with my folio at check-in and instead of resolving it in the morning, I was awoken by an extremely loud phone call to tell me to come down to the front desk. I had just went to bed after a long flight. Please note this hotel is in one of the best location in Banff.

Lovely place to stay within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Nice and clean and visually appealing. Views of the mountains surround. Easy access and parking. All the staff were extremely nice especialy Mirabel at the front desk. Sit by the roaring fire and relax.

This was excellent! Perfect 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Bus right outside, roam transit. Coffee shop next door White Bark was excellent. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, room was great, balcony view was lovely and property parking was easily found and free with lots of spaces. Loved it!

The on site restaurant staff is not effective. They saw us waiting to be seated but didn’t talk to us until we gestured them multiple times. The location is very convenient.

Property was great ! It’s clean and quiet and close walking to everything on the strip with free bus transportation! The ONLY thing that needs to be fixed is the tiles around the pool area. Practically all tiles are loose and could cut or pinch you. My fiancé pinched her leg when she sat up out of the hot tub.

Loved the coziness of this hotel from the wood-burning fireplace in the lobby to the Cornerhouse in the courtyard and rooftop firepit. The Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries are an added bonus!

Beautiful property but poor service in hotel’s restaurant. We waited for 30 min for water and menu, asked the waiter for service at which point she said she would be right there and we still waited another 10 min. We left walked across the street to a different hotel and had awesome Italian food at place called the meatball.

This was my absolute favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! It’s so beautiful, feels like you are in a chalet. The roof top hot pools are amazing. The spa was so peaceful and relaxing. I had a pedicure and it was perfect! There is nothing I can say negative about this place. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast too.

We love this hotel, its like a chalet feel in the middle of Banff. Very warm and welcoming with amazing amentities like the pools and hottubs. The location is very convenient and beautifuk, excellent staff.
