Die Wohnung war kleiner als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Die Küche war ausreichend bestückt. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster ,Backofen,Wasserkocher da und in gutem Zustand. Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht besonders. Gut war, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab. Alles ist in unserer Wohnung etwas abgewohnt gewesen. Bett war aber bequem. Es gab nur 3 Stühle für 4 Leute. Bei dem recht hohen Preis hätten wir etwas Besseres erwartet. Lage ausserhalb von Banff aber sehr nah zum Hwy 1. Die Straße war hörbar in unserer Wohnung. Das lag aber an unserer Lage, da gibt es sicher auch ruhige Zimmer. In dem Punkt wurde unserer Bitte bei Buchung leider nicht entsprochen.

Resort style property, quiet area but not near the heart of Banff. Good pool and hot tub area, but older. Rooms have been updated, comfy beds, newer bathrooms. Good price and located very close to hwy 1 for all your siteseeing adventures.

Overall a good place to stay with a kitchenette and actual rooms. Facilities we older and could use a refresher but let’s face it you will be spending most your time outside of your room while in Banff.

he room was clean and the location was perfect, within walking distance to Banff Town, which is super convenient. However, the WiFi and phone connection were very poor this time; we’ve never had this issue before. We couldn’t even do FaceTime due to the poor connection. The TV channel was also broken, and although a technician came to fix it, it still didn’t work, so we missed watching the basketball game. Other than the phone connection issues, everything else was good at this resort. We enjoyed the nearby basketball and tennis courts!

The beds are pillows are fantastic. Although the rooms are small they have everything and it was clean and convenient. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall, the unit was like a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, which was great .We did enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub. Went for nature walk, which was good. But the bed that we slept in needs a new mattress. It wasn’t the most comfortable sleep.

I always go to this hotel when I’m in Banff. I love the location and the fact you can get rooms with kitchens so you can cook for yourself. We did get an older room that had some issues however with that being said I would still go back. The staff is always so nice and the service is quick.

I liked that we were just outside of Banff at the base of tunnel mountain. The area surrounding the resort is beautiful and they have everything you need here to stay with kids

The sheets had multiple stains on them and when I asked for a new set, the new set also had stains! please invest in some bleach. I stayed for a week and about halfway through the staff stopped offering housekeeping! The hotel just had an overall grossness to it.

We are sorry to hear about these shortcomings that affected your stay. We send our sheets out to a third party company for laundry and will advise them regarding these issues. On a positive note, we will soon be handling laundry internally, allowing for more control regarding quality.

We also offer a complimentary shuttle to the downtown area if guests do not have a car or do not want to drive.

Located at the outer edge of Banff, the hotel/condo is away from the bustle of downtown. It is some 2-3 Km from town, a long walk, or you can drive (but parking may be problematic.) There is a shuttle every hour or 2. This is an older property, but is kept in reasonable repair. Units are comfortable. Area is very quiet except for the inevitable train noise. And good value if you can find a sale.

It is the most distant hotel from Banff Centre. There is a shuttle service but run times are limited. The property is very quiet.

It's a bit away from crowded towns and noisy highways. Real firewood fireplace was a delight. Fully equipped kitchen is a very convenient feature. There were lots of elks around that made our stay even more pleasurable.

Good for a family, lots of things u can do around the property and its quiet, far from the busy area of banff town but it u wanna get there its just a few mins drive. Lots of parking area. There tennis courts, pool ans other amenities i like it. The rooms are nice too. Just love it
