Komfortables Hotel in direkter Zentrumsnähe
Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen sowohl mit Taxi als auch Bus in ca. 15 Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Das Check-In erfolgte absolut professionell, alles war bereits auf Grund der elektronischen Buchung vorbereitet. Das Zimmer überraschte dann mit einer modernen und sehr komfortablen Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war stets ansprechbar und konnte kompetent Hinweise und Tipps zur Stadt geben. Nach dem Auschecken strande unkompliziert die Lounge zur Verfügung weil der Flieger erst am Abend ging.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegens Hotel
Das Radisson Hotel ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

It’s a nice and convenient location situated near all of BSB’s attractions. The only comment I would make is our room had a strong scent of cleaning agent, Lysol or equivalent that made it difficult to sleep or stay longer. Other than this, we enjoyed the staff’s hospitality and kindness they showed to us.

初ブルネイ どこに宿を取ればいいか思案しましたが、名前で選びました。 施設としては古さを感じるものの設備としては至って普通。 快適に過ごせました。 朝ブッフェ 特に不満はなくサービスも悪くありません。 ただ繁華街から徒歩15分前後あり、夜が早いこの地では夕食難民になる可能性大! 曜日によって休みのケースもあるようで、ホテルの近くは基本お店がありません。 まぁ探せば中華料理屋とかありましたけどね ホテルとして見たら特に不満ありません。 価格に見合ってると思います。

반다르세리베가완에 숙박한다면 사실 이 호텔이 가장 좋음. 1박 정도 이곳에서 하면서 주요관광지를 돌고, 나머지는 제루동에 위치한 엠파이어 호텔에서 숙박하면 좋음. 리셉션 매우 친절하고, Gadong 쇼핑몰을 오가는 셔틀을 하루 3회 운영(자메 아스르 하사닐 볼카이 모스크는 셔틀 타고 가더라도 다시 택시를 타야 함). 로얄 리갈리아 뮤지엄, 오마르 알리 사이푸딘 모스크, 수상마을인 캄퐁 아예르 가는 보트 선착장(근처 Kaizen Sushi 레스토랑 훌륭함)이나 야야산 몰은 도보로 갈 수 있음. 칫솔, 면도기, 빗 등이 비치되어 있지 않지만 전화하면 무료로 제공. 슬피퍼, 물, 비데 등은 비치되어 있음. 수영장을 갖추고 있고 이용하는 사람이 거의 없어서 편하게 이용할 수 있고 시설도 좋음. 조식은 일반적이나 조식을 먹는 곳에서 낮에 a la carta로 점심식사 등을 할 수 있는데 음식 괜찮고, 바로 옆 호텔 부속 인도음식 레스토랑인 Riwaz는 꼭 한번 가볼만한 곳임(반다르세리베가완 최고의 레스토랑이라고 하는데, 동의함).

Staff and service are great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. One area of suggestion is that a renovation of the facility is really needed. Our room feels a little musty and damp despite the aircon and the shower head is cracked on the side, water gushed from this crack and sprayed to the whole shower room, hot water is a little hard to gauge, very easy to get really hot and took time to gauge the right temperature to shower.

The Radisson Brunei staff were easily the most professional, courteous, and kind I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was generous and varied! On site restaurant was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived much earlier than check in time but they allowed me to check in early and offered a late checkout for me because my flight was much later after checkout. The entire staff was polite, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The rooms are a little dated and probably needs to be updated eventually but everything was clean. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. If exchanging your USD here, please make sure your bills are very crisp, new, and does not contain any blemish or mark.

First time I am staying this Hotel with my family,Even I am working here in Brunei.The parking facilities kill my time.(1.very narrow parking facility and no one available to guide such a parking, 2.parking not available after 7.30pm and we park our cars in unsecured areas witch is 1km away from the hotel 3. Small swimming pool and always full loaded)
