Beautiful hotel. Great location with great views of the Inner Harbor. Staff is not welcoming or friendly, but they get the job done. Valet parking took forever! Overall a good stay.

Good location, quiet at night even though it's right near the main highways coming into the city. Convenient to AVAM and the children's museum, which is what I came for!

It was centrally located. Beautiful views. Staff was terrific. Rooms need some work. Our room the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, the fridge didn't work, and there was no hot water in the shower.

I requested early check in and after a brief wait we were accomidated. Michelle at the Front Desk is wonderful. We had a king room with pull out sofa and harbor view. The hotel is connected to the parking garage. It is right across from the harbor. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. I would stay here again for sure.

We loved almost everything at the Sonesta. Our only complaint is the food. The Explorers restaurant has a limited menu. The food is overpriced and not very good. The service is subpar. We were one of 2 tables and we waited 10 minutes for water while the staff were chatting. The grab and go food isn’t much better. The property, hotel staff, and location were all wonderful. The pool area was a great way to relax. We would definitely stay here again but make meal plans elsewhere!

Our fridge was broken and they waived my parking fee AND the established hotel fee! Will definitely stay here the next time we come into Baltimore!!! Great and spacious room and the staff were so polite and friendly!!!

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very convenient location to area attractions. Our room had the bow window bench seat with an awesome view of the Inner Harbor. The kids loved the unique view of the city skyline and additional seating space in the room. Room was very clean, hotel was quiet. There isn’t a restaurant but the coffee shop downstairs opens early and has excellent options for a quick bite to eat and something to drink.

Key and computer system non-functional... allowed into room by security and then not provided a key when leaving my room for dinner reservations. Had to go back to front desk multiple times to be let into room... This was ALL guests checking in at the time... hotel has no alternative onsite keying system for guestsif the hotel loses internetconnectivity. .
