MACHEN SIE EINEN GROßEN BOGEN UMS HOTEL BETTWANZEN
Very clean and nice friendly staff super value das müssen wohl FAKE Bewertungen sein. Unser Aufenthalt war fürchterlich mit Folgen !! 2 Übernachtungen 2 Zimmer. Bei meinem Sohn und meiner Schwiegertochter fing der Juckreiz schnell an bei mir erst etwas später. Am nächsten Tag waren wir in der Stadt unterwegs kamen erst später zurück. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat waren RIESEN KAKERLAKEN 6cm an der DECKE ich ging sofort zur Rezeption um mich zu beschweren zum auschecken und mein Geld zurück fordern. Da traf ich auch mein Sohn an in seinem Zimmer ging keine Toilettenspülung. Die Dame meinte da wir über Expedia Hoten.com gebucht haben ist dies nicht möglich ich fragte nach dem Manager, wollte ihn sprechen war nichts zu machen, er war nicht zu sprechen und Kein Geld zurück!!!! Mein Sohn bekam ein anderes Zimmer das total verdreckt war. Das Zimmermädchen meinte nur das ist alles frisch gereinigt, das sind Flecken die nicht mehr rausgehen. Die Bettwäsche wurde auf seinem Protest hin gewechselt diese war aber auch nicht sauber!!! Und in meinem Zimmer wurde mit einem Kanister mit Sprühpistole das Zimmer eingesprüht, Sie meine das KILLT die Tiere macht mir aber nichts (-: GANZ TOLL !!! Unser Arme Beine und Rücken sind übersät von Stichen in einer Reihe (Wanzenstraße) und unerträglichem Jucken!! Werde den ganzen Vorgang auch an Expedia Hotel.com melden, dieses Hotel muß sofort geschlossen werden und die Kammerjäger müßten ganze ARBEIT leisen. Uns hat es den Urlaub mächtig versaut !!!

First room they provided smelled like cigarette smoke so we asked for another room. Second room had a dog barking in a nearby room so we decided this hotel was not acceptable for getting a good night's rest. We had booked through Expedia and they contacted the hotel to ask for a refund due to the unacceptable circumstances but the hotel denied offering a refund. Bad customer service at this hotel

The employee at check out was very kind, it was our neighbors they were in and out of their room all night slamming doors and being so loud, we didn’t get much sleep. When we turned on our light in the restroom at one point it turned the vent on the smell of weed was coming through the vents. The room was good tho.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a rating of 3 1/2 stars so wasn't sure what to expect. Cleanliness is most important to me, and it was definitely clean. I was afraid it might be a bit shabby, which it wasn't. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was quite nice. Breakfast was the norm. I would definitely stay there again.
