Stuhl in der unterkunft war kaputt und die kaffeemaschiene fehlte. Das zimmer war auf einem raucher flur und der flur hat unamgenehm gerochen, ebenso leider das zimmer. Auf dem Parkplatz am hotel wurde abends noch recht laut aus autos heraus musik toleriert.

Sehr gepflegt, sauber und bequem. Gute restaurants sind mit dem auto in 10min. erreichbar. alles was lärm verursachen könnte, minibar, klimaanlage kann man abschalten. die filteranlage des pools ist ein wenig laut. im oberenstock jedoch nicht störend.

Hotel ok, liegt nicht in der Innenstadt, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, haben zwei Kakerlaken immer Zimmer gehabt und auch sonst war der Boden schon länger nicht mehr gewischt worden. Frühstück wie bei allen Quality Hotels gut.

Das hotel ist das geld nicht wert.
Beim buchen stand 41qm grosses zimmer mit balkon. Im hotel haben wir ein standard zimmer bekommen. Bei der nachfrage hiess es , diese zimmer werden nicht an hotel.com gäste vergeben. Stattdessen hatten wir ein lautes zimmer. Das zimmer entspricht nicht den bewertungen und hat keinen lift, dir koffer muss man über eine verwinkelte treppe in die 2 Etage schleppen.

Hotel für Zwischenstopp
Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel und es war total ausreichend. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und wir hatten Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Die Gegend war nicht ganz so belebt, aber es gab im die Ecke gleich paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Frühstück war auch okay, es gab mal kein Toast sondern Bagels.

I was returning from a Campout and had a lot of personal gear in the open bed of my truck roped down. In the morning as I was checking out I saw that some of my gear had been stolen and the ropes removed. The Hotel had cameras on the parking area. I contacted the day manager to report the theft. She had my gear. Apparently their staff during the night saw the attempted theft and intervened and recovered my gear. Great job on part of the Hotel staff

The neighborhood around here was interesting to say the least; the staff was nice, this hotel felt like a regular apartment in the San Fernando Valley, parking was ok, i did like there was security around; it did feel a little overpriced, i did have to leave a $200 deposit which was weird, plus they tacked on a hotel service fee of 3.50 for some reason, but whatever; the breakfast was decent: eggs sausage coffee oj bagels etc, they do have a clean pool but it was too cold to enjoy.

Staff was engaging, busy cleaning & I appreciated the granite bathroom countertop & shower backsplash. The breakfast selection was special with many options. Plus being pet friendly & an affordable price thru Expedia. This was the best motel experience I've had since the fall of 2021 when I've been traveling extensively throughout the western USA.

The motel was clean and relatively well appointed with all the basics such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. The pool area and courtyard were very well maintained. Overall, the motel itself was fine and the staff was quite pleasant. However, the neighborhood and surrounding area is teeming with meth heads, hookers and the homeless both day and night. My truck was broken into while parked directly in front of the hotel, destroying my tonneau cover and frame in the process. I would strongly recommend choosing another motel in a safer part of town.

When I was checking in last evening, I asked the young woman at the front desk if there was a Jack in the Box close by. She said yes, it was just at the end of the block. I asked about walking there, but she warned me not to. The area is a bit sketchy at night.

This property was terrible and Expedia rated different than what it was . I’m a single mother and was there with my child alone we were there for two minutes and we had to walk out . My daughter was scared to stay there . Room was gross. I tried disputing it and getting my money back and they refused . Won’t stay there again !

The area is pretty run down, with lots of late-night illegal activities going on in the surrounding area. I would feel better if the parking lot had a gate around it to keep non-customers out of the parking lot and away from our vehicles. The first day we checked in they did not restock the toilet paper, I had to ask the cleaning staff for some. The second day they did not replace our coffee cups, coffee, and they did not change our sheets.

I made a reservation with them, and because my work always ends at 4 in the morning, I went to the hotel and found that they had canceled my reservation. Although it remains until 11 am. All hotels have no problem with them except this hotel. As well as the hotel’s private parking lots, people can park their cars and take more than one space.

There was actual prostitution happening across the street. The area attracts homeless and is not safe.
